FAITH

“The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed… When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel” (Matthew 8:8,10).
The Bible tells us of a Roman centurion (a centurion was in authority over 100 soldiers) who had a sickly servant. The centurion humbly came to Jesus and asked for the Lord to heal his friend.

Jesus said he would come heal the sick servant. Then the centurion said something to Jesus that impressed Him greatly.Whatever it was that the centurion said, Jesus told the crowd that He’d not found so great a faith in all of Israel. This is quite remarkable.

Now when Jesus says that He hasn’t found so great faith in all of Israel, we ought to sit at the edge of our chair and pay close attention to what the centurion said. What was it that this man said that impressed Jesus so greatly?

Hebrews 11:6 states, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Since it is faith that pleases God, and this centurion had the greatest faith in Israel, then we ought to seriously ponder over the words that he spoke to Jesus. What did this centurion say to Jesus?

Let’s read Matthew 8:5-10…
“And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.” —Matthew 8:5-10

The centurion had so much faith in Jesus that He recognized the power of Jesus’ very Words. This man had faith in the Word of God!The centurion was a man of authority and recognized Jesus’ omnipotence. There is no greater faith than to trust the Words of God, i.e., the Bible.
There is NO name any greater than the name of “Jesus”; yet the Bible proclaims in Psalm 138:2 that the Word of God is ABOVE the name of God. Philippians 2:9-11 state…

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Why does God elevate His Word above His holy name? It’s because God is only as trustworthy as His Word. We’ve all heard the saying, “A man is only as good as his word.” We’ll, the same holds true for God. If God’s Word is not correct and reliable, then God is unfair and dishonest for misleading us.If Jesus wasn’t referring to literal fire and torment in Luke 16:19-31, then He was misleading His listeners.
Jesus plainly states in John 14:1,2… “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” Jesus said what He meant, and meant what He said.

God cannot lie (Titus 1:2). John 18:20 states, “Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.” Beware of all these quacks nowadays who claim to have discovered “new” and “secret” revelations, codes and hidden messages in the Bible. Not so! Jesus said He spoke OPENLY TO THE WORLD.Amen!

The Bible contains literally THOUSANDS of promises from God, and you can rest assure that He will faithfully fulfill every one of them.God’s credibility is important to Him, which is why He gave the rainbow to mankind as a token of His promise never to destroy the world again by flooding (Genesis 9:12-17).The rainbow is a frequent reminder that God keeps all His promises.Jesus Christ  is Precious!
There are many naysayers, skeptics and mockers in the world today (as there were in Jesus’ time). They continually place God on trial and demand “proof” of everything. Something is wrong with their heart.Interesting, 2nd Corinthians 4:4 teaches that Satan blinds the MIND on unbelievers to prevent them from getting saved; but the Bible plainly declares in Romans 10:9,10 that salvation is of the HEART…

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them” (2nd Corinthians 4:4).

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10:9,10).

Salvation is NOT an intellectual experience, nor a philosophy that one adopts; it is trusting in one’s heart upon the Lord Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God Who washes away our sins… “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”

The greatest faith in the world is to simply trust upon the Word of God, i.e., to take God at His Word. When God doesn’t answer your prayers—trust His Word. When you don’t see God working in your life—trust God’s Word.

When everything seems so wrong, and the walls are closing in around you, and you just don’t want to face another day of life—trust God’s Word.

When all hope seems lost, and things just couldn’t seem to get worse—trust God’s Word.

When people hurt you, and defraud you, and hypocritically judge you—trust God’s Word.

When others hurt your feelings and do you wrong—trust God’s Word.

When you don’t understand why the world is so messed up and gentle creatures are dying daily because of cruel people—trust God’s Word.
Trust what God hath promised and know that He is God. While the heathen world relentlessly places God on trial, let every believer proclaim with the psalmist in 136:1… “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” God is a good God.

I don’t need to see signs or evidences from God, I trust His Word. I don’t need to experience visions or dreams from God, I trust His Word. I don’t need to understand “why” things are the way they are, I trust His Word. I trust God’s Word, and that’s all that matters.
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him” (Job 13:15).

The Holy Spirit guides us with the Holy Scriptures. Jesus said in John 5:40… SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES!We cannot reasonably expect God to lead us if we are unwilling to study the Bible. So many people spend their lives pursuing “God’s will” to no avail, because they remain ignorant of the Scriptures.

How can we know God’s will if we refuse to know God’s Word? The Bible is God’s instruction manual for humanity. John 16:13 states, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth… Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth” (John 17:17).

The Holy Spirit NEVER guides us contrary to the Word of God.
“Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.” —Job 13:15

In Job chapter one we read about the many calamities that came upon Job. Certainly, Job would not have considered what remained of his life as a “life.” Job was as a walking dead man—brokenhearted, and afflicted day-and-night.

God allowed Satan to afflict Job, and he did. Job lost his health and was afflicted in much pain.Job lost all his wealth.Job lost all his children to death.Job lost his agriculture and servants.Job’s own wife discouraged him and suggested that he go kill himself. Job’s so-called friends ridiculed and wrongfully judged him.

In Job chapter one Job couldn’t say, “I know that my redeemer liveth,” for his faith had not yet been shaken. Job couldn’t say, when his children were suddenly taken in a deadly accident, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” Job’s faith had never been shaken like this before. Job had never suffered like this before.
We read in Job 1:5 that Job “rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.”

Job was a good father and worried about his children (as is in the nature of any good father).Job prayed to God on behalf of his children, just in case one of them perhaps had sinned against the Lord.Job loved his children dearly and didn’t want anything bad to happen to them, which is exactly why Job 1:5 tells us that Job prayed and made offerings to the Lord on their behalf.
It is heartbreaking that Job’s worst fears came upon him.Job’s children, whom he loved dearly, were all suddenly taken away from him, torn from his presence. At this tragic time in Job’s life he couldn’t proclaim as he did later in Job 19:25, “FOR I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVETH, and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.”

By chapter 19 we see that Job’s faith has been SHAKEN, and now he has UNSHAKABLE faith!!!
In Job chapter one when Job’s wealth was all suddenly stripped away from him, and his health took a sudden turn for the worse, Job couldn’t proclaim as he could later in Job 13:15, “THOUGH HE SLAY ME, YET WILL I TRUST IN HIM: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”

Job couldn’t have UNSHAKABLE faith until he first had his faith SHAKEN… terribly shaken!!!

The Bible teaches in James 1:2-4 that unshakable faith comes from having our faith shaken, “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”
Oh listen my friend, whatever your burdens may be at this moment, God loves and cares about you, and you can rest assure in the PROMISES of God that the shaking of your faith will result in an UNSHAKABLE FAITH that all the hordes of Hell cannot rattle when it’s work is through. HAVE FAITH IN GOD!

“That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:” —1st Peter 1:7
1st Peter 5:7, “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

It is very easy for a believer to become discouraged in their daily life and ask them self the question, “Does God really care about me?”1st Peter 5:7 is not just a casual invitation from God to the born-again believer; but moreover, a royal command. It is NOT optional in the Christian life to place one’s burdens into the hands and care of God. Most believers fail to obey this simple but important duty of prayer.

What a Friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer! O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.
We can only see today; but God in His foreknowledge sees eternity. We have very limited power, but God is all-powerful (omnipotent). We can only be in one place at a time; but God is everywhere at all times (omnipresent). We are creatures of emotion and change; but God cannot be corrupted, changed or have a bad day (God is immutable). We have very limited knowledge; but God has knowledge about everything and knows all (omniscient). What a wonderful God!!!

God instructs us in 1st Peter 5:7 to cast our cares upon Him in constant prayer, because we are trusting upon the blood sacrifice of His dear Son, Jesus the Christ. If you are not saved, i.e., if you are not a born-again believer, then you are not entitled to the throne of God.If you have knowingly rejected Jesus as your personal Savior, Who is the Christ, the Son of God, then God is angry with you (Psalm 7:11) and God’s wrath abideth upon you (John 3:36).You have trampled underfoot the Son of God. Not everyone is God’s child as some people lie and claim.
I have heard people my entire life say that everyone is a child of God. What they are truly saying is that they don’t believe the Bible, because the Word of God plainly teaches in Galatians 3:26 that only by faith in Jesus Christ are we the children of God.Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

God does care about you even if you are unsaved; but you don’t care about God, otherwise you’d obey His Word. God sent His only begotten Son into the world (John 3:16), because He loves humanity and wants us all saved (2nd Peter 3:9). The choice is ours alone to make.
Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”But don’t be deceived friend, God will personally cast you into Hell and take out His anger upon you in flaming fire of vengeance if you die in your sins.

2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9, “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.”
Have you believed a lie? Are you truly a child of God by faith in Christ Jesus?
Let me ask you an important question my friend, “Do you believe that the Bible is God’s Word?” That is the million dollar question. If you believe that the Bible is God’s inerrant, perfect, preserved and inspired Words, and that means the King James Bible; then you must also believe that God CARES about you as His child. If you belong to the King of kings, Jesus Christ our Lord, then you have a right to the throne of grace.
Hebrews 4:15-16, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

When you feel like God is not answering your prayers, but you keep on praying anyway, that is the greatest faith! When you feel that God does not care, but you continue serving Him faithfully, doing right, and casting all your burdens upon Him anyway as He instructs, that requires the greatest faith. It is easy to pray when someone sees immediate answers to their prayers; but to continue praying over an extended period of time, without seeing any visible results, makes one a prayer-warrior.
God works behind the scenes, in mysterious ways (mysterious to us, because we don’t see the big picture; but God DOES!).Isaiah 55:8, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” It is so typical of believers to expect God to work in their own ways, trying to fit God within the finite and confused world in which we dwell; but God lives in eternity, not in time, not by men’s standards.

Oh!, how we need to keep in mind Isaiah 64:8: “But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the CLAY, and thou our POTTER; and we all are the work of thy hand.” God is the divine Potter, and we are the dust of the earth (literally the dirt of the earth).
We are spirits living in temporary fleshly tents provided by God. We are living on borrowed time.Whether or not you feel special to God, you are. Jesus died for you and gave His blood, proving His love toward us.

1st John 3:16, “Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”Amen!

GOD CARES because the Bible teaches that He cares. You may or may not feel it, but that should be irrelevant to the fact that the Bible teaches GOD CARES!!! Your life would be transformed if you would learn to live by the PROMISES of God in His Word, rather than based upon what you think or how you feel inside.

It doesn’t matter what I think, nor how I feel; I KNOW God cares because the Bible says GOD CARES in 1st Peter 5:7.And I’m going to lighten my load, by casting (literally, “to get rid of”) my burdens upon the Lord through prayer, because that is what Jesus tells me to do.

God wants us to trust Him by placing our burdens and troubles into His hands through prayer. Let go, let God.If you have enemies or people problems, let God sort ‘em out. Don’t fret over hurt feelings and mean things that people do.
God knows that people can be real jerks; they nailed His perfect Son to a cross, convicting and crucifying an innocent man as a criminal. They called Jesus insane , demon-possessed, a bastard, a liar, a deceiver, and tried to kill Him on numerous occasions for nothing more than telling THE TRUTH.

What do you think people will do to us, who are Jesus’ disciples? If only one-out-of-ten people who were healed of the horrible disease of leprosy thanked Jesus, do you think people will be grateful today? People just don’t care anymore; but God cares, and I care, and so do you if you truly know and love Jesus Christ.

Do you believe that the Bible is God’s inspired Words? Well do you? If so, then God wants you and me as believers to get rid of our worries, fears and concerns, prayerfully laying them at Jesus’ feet to deal with. We are to do what we can, and then place the rest into God’s hands.

Proverb 3:5-7 PROMISES divine guidance if we’ll simply acknowledge God in all our ways. This means applying Scriptural principles to what we can control, and then praying about EVERYTHING as Philippians 4:6 commands (especially praying for what we have no control over).

Prayer is trusting God! We are appealing unto God to help us with our life. Whether you feel like God is hearing you or not doesn’t matter. What matters is if you have enough faith to keep praying anyhow! Hebrews 11:6 teaches that God is pleased by faith. Faith is praying, especially when you don’t see any results. Even if you do fret and worry, keep praying for God to work in ways that only God can do.
The unsaved world says God doesn’t exist because Christians can’t prove that God answers prayer. They treat God like a science-project, like some sort of lab experiment. Nature itself proves the existence of God (Romans 1:20). So much so in fact, that Romans 1:20 says they are “WITHOUT EXCUSE.”

Romans 1:20, “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.” There you have it! That’s all the proof you need, all the proof God guarantees you, and all the proof to convict you to Hell fire for all eternity if you “DIE IN YOUR SINS” (John 8:24).
I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God I’ve been washed in the fountain Cleansed by His blood Joint heirs with Jesus Christ as we travel this sod For I’m part of the family The family of God!
The Bible is filled with situations where all hope seemed lost, but God had a plan and was working behind the scenes for His glory and purpose. God is not even mentioned once in the Old Testament book of Esther; yet we see God working throughout the entire book behind the scenes.

The lesson is simple: When you can’t see the hand of God, trust the heart of God!
We only think in terms of what’s best for us, but God thinks in terms of eternity and what brings glory to the name of the Lord, Who is worthy of all praise, honor and worship.

Revelation 5:9, “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation.” Jesus is precious!

Money! No, your attitude ought to be God, God, God!!!
“Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.  If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.” -Daniel 3:16-19

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were NOT about to commit idolatry by bowing to king Nebuchadnezzar’s 90-foot tall golden image. They courageously said to the heathen king (who was known for torturing people)…”We are not careful to answer thee.”

They told this heathen king that they didn’t have to think about his offer to spare their lives, they weren’t bowing down! Now that’s faith in God! The unsaved crowd and back-slidden believers would have called them stupid.
I wonder how many professed believers would renounce their faith if they were threatened with death as were Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego? The world calls Christians fools. The world thinks Christians are stupid for going to the mission field…for giving up the security of a nice home, a steady career, family and friends, etc.  Why do they go? By faith! Is there not a cause? Yes, there is a great cause…the saving power of the gospel of Jesus Christ! This world is going to hell without Christ…we can make a difference!  We must take a stand for God!

These three courageous young men refused to bow to the government (Nebuchadnezzar).

There is soon coming a day in America where Christians in churches will be forced to battle the government like never before (if the Lord doesn’t return first). As Sodomites are gaining more and more control over our legislative processes (and all other areas of government, education, etc), there will come a day when churches will be FORCED to recognize sodomite ministers or lose their tax exemption.
Ultimately, Christians will be labeled as terrorists for standing against homosexuality and abortion.Even now, many cities are passing ordinances to remove protesters from outside of abortion clinics.Thank God for the courageous souls who are willing to stand up for what is right!!!

King Nebuchadnezzar was so angry at Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego for not bowing to his idol that he ordered his guards to turn up the flaming furnace seven times hotter.  How do you make fire seven times hotter? You simply add seven times the normal amount of fuel and burn it all simultaneously. The guards added so much fuel that the fires raged and burned them alive. Can you imagine a furnace so hot that it would kill anyone who neared it?

The wicked king had those three brave lads cast into the raging furnace.Miraculously by God’s power, not a hair on their body was singed.Don’t try this at home, most Christians throughout history who were burned at the stake or boiled alive in oil screamed in blood-curling horrific screams until all life in them was gone.

Though Daniel was spared the appetite of the starved lions, thousands of Christians during the days of the Roman empire were not so fortunate. They were torn apart piece by piece until all life was gone. The history of Christianity is a trail of blood.  They took their stand for God!
Stand up!!! What we need today is a million believers like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego! We need Christians who won’t bow to the government’s idols of abortion, and Sodomy. We need Christians who won’t bow to Hollywood’s idols of pornography, violence and every form of filth imaginable.

We need Christians who won’t bow to Zondervan publisher’s Satanic New International Version of the Bible. We need Christians who won’t bow to the one-worldanti-American Council on Foreign Relation and the United Nations organization.Where are the Shadrachs, Meshachs and Abednegos?

Stand up!!!  Open wide you mouth against the evils of our day!

“Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” -Psalm 94:16
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego stood against the wicked law of a heathen king (government). There will come a day in the United States when ALL citizens will be required to receive an implanted microchip. It will be implemented in stages. The government will require all students going into the public school system to have their children micro-chipped.Most parents will happily (and mindlessly) comply. The government will probably create a state of emergency (such as the massive disappearances of children).

Microchips and global tracking sensors will be the answer.Parents will rush in like a herd of animals stampeding to eat dinner. If you don’t think this could happen, look at 911.The Twin Trade Towers were mysteriously blown up in New York city and then Americans foolishly surrendered their Bill of Rights in exchange for Patriot Acts I and II (I should say “unpatriot” acts).

We need more Shadrachs, Meshachs and Abednegos! We will lose our freedoms if we don’t fight to keep them! Though the government may claim to have good intentions now to stop terrorists, the technologies being implemented and the laws being passed WILL ensure that our childrens’ children won’t live in freedom anymore.

Just as Sodomites were once arrested, killed and banned from society, so will Christians someday once again be.Who are the real terrorists?Where is this mysterious group called Al Qaeda? Would you believe that they are a creation of our own government?  It’s true! When you hear “Al Qaeda,” think CIA.

How much lower can America go morally before we cease to function as a nation? We have become complacent. Remember the words of Thomas Jefferson, “Evil Triumphs when good men do nothing.”

“And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.” -Ezra 7:26

Our nation does not do the Law of God.Thou shalt not kill is still in the Bible.Who will stand up for God? Each and every woman in America who has an abortion chooses to have an abortion. No one makes a woman murder a child as in communist China.  Women can try to blame their husbands, society, their family, even the child, but they’ve got no one to blame but themselves.
I love that little phrase in Daniel 3:16-19…”But if not!”  They said, “We won’t bow king and we make no bones about it…burn us if you will.” Can you imagine.Today, your ignorant believers would have called them punks, troublemakers. Many Christians think it is always rebellious to disobey authority. If this were true, then did our founding fathers sin by rebelling against the government in England? Of course not!
It takes a good man to break the rules made by bad men.

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to comply, they REBELLED.It was not sin however because they were obeying the higher authority…God!

Romans 13 teaches that we are to obey the “higher” powers.God is the highest power. We must obey God over man. Where is all the crack cocaine and heroin coming from Mr. President?

There will be a revolution in this country someday.Christians and patriots will be arrested, killed and imprisoned as terrorists.Mark my words. The Bible will not be accepted much longer, it pronounces the death penalty on homosexuals (Leviticus 20:13).

Only the minority of genuine believers who are close to the Lord and living in their Bibles see what the devil is doing.Wake up America!
Stand up! Stand up for Jesus, ye soldiers of the cross!!!
Lift high His royal banner, it must not suffer loss!
From victory unto victory, His army shall He lead.

‘Til every foe is vanquished and Christ is Lord indeed.

“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” —Luke 9:23

“Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.” —1st Corinthians 15:34

Jesus spoke in the Bible about taking up our cross DAILY and following Him.A “cross” is what a person is crucified upon.

Why did Jesus have to carry a cross?
It was because the Jews crucified Jesus!
Do you know why they wanted to crucify Jesus?

For the same reason they want to crucify me… for speaking the truth! Most people don’t like to hear the truth; sadly, even most Christians don’t want to hear the truth.
“If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.” —John 15:18
John the Baptist stood ALONE, preaching from his heart what he believed to be the truth.

In fact, it was John’s preaching against Herod’s adulterous affair with his brother’s wife that resulted in John’s execution (Matthew 14:3-4,11).

It was the Apostle James’ preaching that led to his beheading by Herod in Acts 12:1-2.Notice in Acts 12:3 that it pleased the public.

It was Jeremiah’s preaching that led to his imprisonment (Jeremiah 38:6).

Christians will soon face criminal prosecution and imprisonment for preaching publicly against the deadly sin of homosexuality. This is no surprise.

The Apostle Stephen was stoned to death in Acts 7 for preaching the truth.
It was Jesus’ own words that led to His crucifixion.

It was the Jews who demanded that Jesus be crucified (Matthew 27:25).They killed their own Messiah.

Psalms 142:4, “I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.”
King David was experiencing the darkest hours of his life.He had lost his kingdom, his family turned against him, his friends abandoned him and in his disappointment David realized—NO MAN CARED FOR MY SOUL.

There will be times of disappointment in our life, when our loved ones are far from us, and everything is going wrong, and we are lonely, and tired, and our health fails us, and we are scared, and our future looks grim, and worst of all… NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. That is the most painful part.

Thankfully, Matthew 28:20 tells us that Jesus Christ will always be with us if we are saved, “…and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Hebrews 13:5 tells us, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Family and friends may forsake us, but Jesus has promised NEVER to leave nor forsake us. Amen!

Even our very ignorance of sin is a part of our sin.Ignorance is no excuse for failing to obey God’s Law, for we are responsible to prayerfully search our hearts (Psalm 19:12; 2nd Corinthians 13:5). Cold-hearted people refuse to search their heart; but a genuine Christian who loves the Lord will search their heart continually, seeking to be just and fair with others, and to please the Lord.
The world hated Jesus, ultimately murdering Him.

Are we greater than our Lord? No, we are not. The Bible is clear concerning this matter… Christ-like believers will suffer persecution!

“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” —2nd Timothy 3:12

Our Lord clearly warned that we WOULD (not might, but would) be PERSECUTED in this world. If you are NOT suffering from some type of persecution as a Christian, then you are not doing a very good job fighting the good fight of faith.
When my enemies maliciously attack me, I rejoice, because it means that I’m doing something right for God. The more they attack, the stronger my ministry becomes through God’s grace. As the old saying goes, “That which doesn’t defeat you only makes you stronger.”And “Unshakable faith comes from having your faith shaken.” So I say to all the hordes of Hell… bring it on! I am on the Lord’s side.

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, where unto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” —1st Timothy 6:12 If I were going to quit, I would have done it a LONG time ago. This ministry is not about me; but rather, about getting the truth out.
My work is God’s work. It matters not what people think about me.I only want people to know that Jesus is the redeeming Savior, Who gave His life to pay our sin debt!

Most believers won’t even put the boxing gloves on to fight the Devil, they’d rather sit on the sidelines criticizing those who are FIGHTING against the Devil.

I make no apologies for my direct approach to the truth. If someone’s wrong they’re wrong, wear the shoe.

Look, you can disagree with me all you want to, but you still have to face your Creator one day and you’d better be prepared or you’re going to be very sorry!

I am not arrogant, I am just very confident about the Bible I hold in my hand.

All this talk nowadays about “diversity” is just another attempt by the Devil to make people “compromise” their convictions.

Now, I am for diversity, but NOT the kind of diversity that says we should be quiet about the evils of animal cruelty, fornication, domestic violence, homosexuality, abortion, child sexual abuse, witchcraft, etc.

I will never stop preaching against evil.
Far too many Christians are buying into the “diversity” garbage being sold today by Satan.
Apostasy has set into America like rigor mortis into a dead body. Quoting the Bible has even been banned in some places as “hate speech.”

The Christian life is a life to be lived, not a candle hidden under a bushel.

Many Christians are SILENT, afraid to stick their neck out or make any noise for God.
Why is it that the devil’s crowd PROUDLY boasts of their fornication and cruelty, but God’s children hide in their pews across America? It’s insanity. If we are going to live for Jesus  Christ, then we will be crucified by this heathen world.
“Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” —Matthew 5:11-12

I’ve been physically threatened, lied about, slandered, labeled, hated without cause, ridiculed, rejected, despised, mistreated, humiliated, degraded, wrongfully accused, called every name imaginable, laughed at, mocked, made the object of criticism and ridicule, had money and things stolen from me.

I nearly lost my life, and my baby bunny died, because of cruelty from my enemies.
Neon was despised, lied about, slandered, wrongfully accused, mistreated, and hated without a cause. This is emotionally painful for me.My innocent baby died, and my evil enemies are still wallowing in their wickedness and slandering our names falsely. They hated hearing me talk about God.They hated me without cause. And, as you can imagine, I am immensely hated for my online ministry.
I have many enemies, but I pray for them, that God will open their heart to change. If looks could kill, I would have been dead. They wanted a reason to hate me and they looked for any reason to do it.

I have learned over the years that the heathen(unbelievers) have a tendency to accuse Christians of thinking they’re BETTER than everyone else.In reality, we are only DIFFERENT, not better.Nevertheless, a Christian will often be labeled as such.
Most Christians have never made anyone upset because they are living just like the devilish world.
Are you carrying your cross for Jesus? Are you living a Christ-like life? Do people see Jesus in you? If everyone likes you, something is VERY wrong…
“Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you for or so did their fathers to the false prophets.” —Luke 6:26 Yes, I suffer persecution, but that’s just a big encouragement to me that I must be doing something right for Jesus.

I never thought I’d receive so much criticism from professed Christians when I started this site, but I do.It has opened my eyes to realize just how carnal most believers are, certainly they are NOT “Christ like” in their testimony.
Jesus spoke of carrying a cross.

The Apostle Paul tells us to “fight” the good fight of faith. We are to “contend” for the faith (Jude 1:3).

The Christian life is not a field trip through flowery gardens, it is a FIGHT, an all out war (1st Peter 2:11).

It is comforting to think about the many precious words of our Lord, Who said in John 16:33…“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but BE OF GOOD CHEER; I have overcome the world.”We have inner peace, knowing that Jesus has overcome the world, and is seated in power in Heaven on the right-hand of God the Father (Luke 22:69; Romans 8:34).Colossians 3:1, “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.”

For the born-again believer, Jesus has promised to give us a changed, incorruptible, body when He returns (1st Corinthians 15:52).
Jesus promised that He is preparing a literal place for us to live with Him (John 14:3).
Jesus promised that He will give us treasures in Heaven that neither moth, rust, nor thieves can take from us (Matthew 6:20).

Jesus promised that no man will ever take away our joy (John 16:22).

Jesus promised to always be with us, and never to leave nor forsake us (Matthew 28:20; Hebrews 13:5).
“No man that warreth  entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” —2nd Timothy 2:4

God needs Christian soldiers who will stand up for Jesus. We are in a spiritual war.

Sadly, most Christians do not know what I am talking about because they are woefully ignorant of the Bible and what is going on in the real world.Instead of criticizing me, they should be helping to fight the devil. They are part of the problem. We MUST UNCOMPROMISINGLY withstand in these evil days and stand for God ’til the end.

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” —Ephesians 6:13
One’s faith CANNOT increase without problems, trials and hardships. When a person asks God for more faith, that person is asking for an increased burden. It is the increased burden that strengthens me to carry a heavier burden down the road.  Unshakable faith comes from having your faith shaken.

Read the following Scripture…
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”(2nd Corinthians 12:9)

The Apostle Paul had a thorn in the flesh, given to him by God to keep him humble. Paul asked God three times to remove the thorn but God refused. We don’t know what the thorn was except that it was a “messenger of Satan.”

I certainly can think of a few enemies in my life who have been a very hurtful thorn in my flesh (people can make your life miserable). This is why John 16:22 is in the Bible.  Then again, maybe Paul had a physical ailment in his body.

Regardless, Paul eventually figured out the reason for the thorn (weakness) in his life.  Paul’s “thorn” was actually being used by God to strengthen Paul’s faith.I think this is amazing!  Namely, the problems in our life are blessings in disguise.
We must learn to view them from this spiritual point of view. The greater the burden placed upon us, the greater the faith required to “hang-in-there.”It takes faith to continue living for God when things turn for the worse in our life.As an example, new muscle in the human body is built (strengthened) by exercising the existing muscle to the point of exhaustion.

Likewise, the exercising of our faith (the trial of it) will make us more mature and stable in the Lord if we will be patient and not give up.Sometimes our faith falters for a while, but the righteous man who faileth seven times rises up again (Proverb 24:16).
I don’t know of one Christian who is invincible. The key is to always get back up off the ground, brush the dust off, and do what you can to get back on track for God.Pray and ask God to help you.

John the Baptist became discouraged while in Herod’s prison. He was eventually murdered by Herod.Surely, if he had lived, John would have gotten back on track for the Lord in a matter of time.

Peter had quit the ministry and gone back to his old fishing job.  In time, Peter got right with the Lord and began preaching the gospel again. So be encouraged friend if your faith does falter…because a just man falleth seven times yet riseth up again (Proverbs 24:16).Get back up!Don’t quit!

Interestingly, degrees of faith are not taught in the Bible, you either had faith or you didn’t. A weak faith is still faith and it can move the highest mountains if God wills it. God does not require a certain level of faith from us, just faith in itself.
How much faith do you need to be saved? Just enough! Just enough faith to “call upon the name of the Lord (Romans 10:13).How much faith do you need to have your prayers answered?  Just enough!  Just enough faith to pray.I won’t go into the Scriptures here, but take a quick look at Acts 12 and you’ll be amazed.

James had been killed by Herod’s sword.Peter was next. The church prayed for Peter’s rescue, God answered their prayer. When Peter came to the door (where the church was assembled praying for his release), they didn’t believe it was him.

The Bible says they were “astonished” (shocked) in disbelief. What is so amazing is that these people didn’t believe God would answer their prayer in the first place, that is why they were so astonished.Amazingly, even though they prayed in doubt, God answered their prayers. You see my friend, God does not require hardly any faith at all, Just faith.
We read in the Bible about “this kind” of faith which Jesus spoke of in Mark 9:29.  Yes, sometimes we will need to spend time in prayer and fasting to boost our faith, but it is our lack of faith which requires the prayer and fasting…not God’s demand for a certain level of faith.

The disciples could NOT heal the boy afflicted by the demon because they were trying to heal the boy in THEIR own strength. It is God Who works miracles, not man.Fasting is the process whereby we let go of the physical to grasp more of the spiritual, thus creating faith in our heart.Do you have enough faith to pray, that’s all God expects.

The church in Acts 12 prayed with the least of faith, God delivered Peter from the murderous hands of King Herod.God tells us in James 5:15 that the “prayer of faith” shall heal the sick, not a TV evangelist or Charismatic experience.
Hebrews 11:6 declares that it is FAITH which pleases God.  How silly then that so many of us try to impress God with our self-righteousness (which is NO righteousness at all).

Do you think fasting is a way of earning an answer to prayer? No friend, God wants faith! The sinful flesh is the direct enemy of faith in God.Fasting is a way of subduing the flesh to help us strengthen our faith.

Let me say, though God only requires the smallest amount of faith, some people do have a stronger faith than others.I am simply saying that “degrees” of faith are not taught in the Bible.Jesus spent much time in the mountains praying alone as an example to us.
We need to walk with God to maintain our faith, but be comforted in knowing that God is only looking for faith, not a certain amount, just faith. To walk with God means meditating in the Bible day and night as Psalm 1:2 teaches.

It means praying without ceasing as 1st Thessalonians 5:17 teaches. It means drawing close to God as James 4:8 teaches. It means taking God’s yoke upon you and learning of Him as Matthew 11:29 teaches.

A “yoke” is a device placed across two oxen which enables them to pull a load (a plow, etc.).Jesus wants us to help Him pull His load (His work) of winning the world to Christ through soul-winning.What a wonderful opportunity to serve God.

All the faith we need to serve God is “just enough” to keep going and not quit.Do you have enough faith to ask Jesus to forgive and save you, that is all it takes to be saved.Do you have enough faith to pray, that is all God requires. What an amazing truth, thank you Holy Spirit!
As believers, we must learn to recognize the burdens upon us in life as blessings from the Lord.God may or may not have ordered the burden, but He surely “allows” all burdens within our life.

Nothing can happen in my life without God’s permission (God’s permissive will).
Knowing this fact, we should trust upon the Lord and rely upon His wisdom and guidance. If we are to please God, we must have “faith” as Hebrews 11:6 declares to us.

We cannot please God without faith. To have more faith, we must have our faith shaken because unshakable faith comes from having our faith shaken! Do you want more faith, put your seat-belt on!
“And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.”
(Luke 17:5)
The disciples had no idea what they were asking for.  Faith can only be increased through hardships and trials. The disciples had many obstacles coming their way, eventually they would all be martyred for Christ.Peter could not have preached the sermon on Pentecost as he did, if it were not for the times when his faith faltered.
Peter’s faith at one point had faltered so much that he denied even knowing Christ.  But Peter didn’t stay down, he got up.

God is pleased when we get back up after a fall, but He is even more pleased when we “hang-in-there,” serving the Lord while the burdens become increasingly heavy in our life.It takes a greater faith to keep going when the going gets tough. Our weakness is actually our strength…

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”(2nd Corinthians 12:9-10)
Once again, it is during the troublesome times of our life that we will be forced to place a greater faith in God if we are to continue serving Him.Many believers quit and give up on the Christian life. They never do anything for God.They stop telling others about their wonderful Saviour. They are NOT “soul-conscious.”

As I mentioned earlier, I find no teaching about “degrees” of faith in the Bible, you either have faith or you don’t.God does not require any certain amount of faith, just faith! Some people may have a stronger faith than others, but it is faith–not a higher degree of faith–just good old faith.
A believer with greater burdens will have to have a greater faith to make it through, but it is not a “degree” or “level” of faith, it is simply faith. What I am trying to say is that God does NOT require a certain level of faith to save us or to answer our prayers, He only requires child-like faith.

There will be times in our life where we will have to pray for a long time to get certain prayers answered. The Bible calls these type of ongoing prayers, “supplications.”The Greek word for “supplication” as in Philippians 4:6 means “petition.”
I have many “petition” with God.These are certain things that I keep praying and asked God to take care of.  God may never answer these prayers, but I have done what I can to cast my concerns and cares upon the Lord (1st Peter 5:7).

Paul cautions us in Philippians 4:6 NOT to fret and worry about our problems.Rather, we are to take EVERYTHING to the Lord by prayers and supplications with thanksgiving, relying upon Him to take care of the things beyond our control.

So keep in mind from now on that the problems in your life are the biggest blessings to your faith (and faith pleases God).

“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.”(James 1:2-4)

What an amazing Scripture passage! God wants us to consider it a joy when the problems of life overwhelm us.Notice that the word “patience” is mentioned twice.  It takes patience more than anything to live for God.

We are living in a heathen world under a heathen government.Yes, it is difficult to hang in there sometimes, but God will see us through. We must not panic or become foolish.Be still, and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10).Count it all “joy.”If we as believers can learn this truth, it will transform us.

Our faith will be tested! We must be patient. In time, if we don’t throw in the towel, we WILL mature in the Lord and things will stabilize in our life…joy cometh in the morning.

Notice what verse follows the Scriptures we just look at…
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

It’s more than just mere coincidence that God mentions wisdom along with the trials of our faith.Perhaps the greatest wisdom a Christian can obtain is the wisdom that his or her problems are actually tools used by God to strengthen and mature us. Remember, unshakable faith comes from having your faith shaken.

So rejoice in your problems, they are your strengths which make God strong in your life. The first step to wisdom is to fear the Lord, trusting upon His guidance and wisdom in the trials He allows in our life. Most believers get upset and discouraged because of their problems (I’m preaching to myself here as well).
Thankfully, I have learned that my problems are really rainbows in disguise. No, I don’t want the problems. However, I cannot always make them go away as soon as I wish I could.  Some problems never go away (such as Paul’s thorn).

Problems are a part of life.Life is what happens to you while your making big plans.  The world hates God and curses His Holy Name because of their problems, but the believer must learn to do the opposite.

We must praise the Lord at all times, not being ignorant of the workings of God.  Our weaknesses are really our strengths and our strengths weaknesses.Thank the Lord Jesus Christ, my God and Saviour.
The world is backwards on reality. We hear so many commercials suggesting for people to go seek help (for a charge of course) if one feels sad, tired, depressed, anxious, stressed, etc. This would describe the majority of the population.

Notice that the word “afflicted” also appears in James 5:13, Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.”This is NOT the same meaning. “Afflicted” in James 5:13 means “to endure hardship.” Hence, we are supposed to pray while going through hard times in life.

We are relying upon the Lord through prayer. We do not turn to the Devil’s crowd for advice, we turn to God’s Holy Word and to fervent prayer. We do not turn to liquor or drugs for comfort, but to the compassionate Savior Who loves us so.

“Afflicted” in James 4:9 means something entirely different. It means “to realize one’s own misery.” James is speaking about having a closer walk with God. We do this by “drawing nearer.”

By being “afflicted,” James means that we need to stop and consider who we are … woefully sinners in need of God’s help.

We need to look at the world around us and realize what is happening. The world is going to hell!!! “Afflicted” means that we are driven to our knees in sorrow because of the billions of souls that are headed for hell-fire and damnation.

It means that we are soul-conscious.Even when we are enjoying life, there is a sadness and a call to duty in our heart to win souls to Christ. “Sadness” because so many are going to burn in Hell, “duty” because we are commanded to preach the Gospel to others.

Many evangelical believers today think they are fellowshipping with God, when in reality they are very far from God.They are NOT “afflicted” by sin and the reality of Hell. They are playing church.

Revelation 3:17, “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.”

They do not have a concern for lost souls. Oh sure, they’ll talk the talk; but they do not walk the walk. They laugh at the idea that the King James Bible is God’s preserved inerrant Word. They laugh at the idea of separating from other back-slidden believers. They make light of doctrine and have no quarrel with heresy.
I cannot rejoice and enjoy this earthly life knowing such a horrible eternal fate awaits the unsaved. I love people and don’t want to see anything bad happen to anyone. Hell is such a sad thought. To think, even after a trillion years, eternity won’t even have begun.

God tells us to be afflicted and mourn, and no wonder, for so many people have never received the Lord Jesus as the Christ.Do you believe Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, Who came into the world from the Father to save us from our sins? I do.

I love Jesus and have trusted Him as my personal Savior, Who has forgiven my sins and is preparing a place for me in Heaven (John 14:1-3).

All my eternal hope is in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which men can be saved (Acts 4:10-12).

Our faith is counted for righteousness (Romans 4:5). We are saved solely by Christ’s righteousness (Romans 10:3-4); and not by any righteousness of our own, and a good thing, because we have none to offer (Isaiah 64:6; Ephesians 2:8-9).Jesus is precious.
I am a soldier in the army, and I am marching, claiming victory.I will not give up.
Money cannot buy me and hell cannot handle me.I am a soldier.Even death cannot destroy me.The devil cannot defeat me.People cannot disillusion me.Weather cannot weary me. Sickness cannot stop me.Battles cannot beat me.My God has and will continue to supply all of my need.I am more than a conqueror.I will always triumph.I can do all things through Christ. I am in place, saluting my King.I cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside. I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit. I am enlisted for eternity.I will not get out, sell out, be talked out, or pushed out. I am faithful, reliable, capable and dependable. I am a soldier in the army of God. I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity and tested by fire.
☆”The Word is my Weapon♥ God,Jesus Christ is my Shield♥ To Witness is my Mission♥ To Hardship I will NOT Yield”☆
I trust Jesus because the Bible plainly teaches that Jesus is the only way to Heaven. John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.”

Jesus is the ONLY way to Heaven! Religion didn’t die on the cross for our sins, Jesus did. Amen! I made a decision to trust Christ as my Saviour in 1996.I asked Jesus to forgive my sins and He did. I have been saved ever since.Though I am far from perfect, I know that Jesus will NOT let me down because I am trusting upon Him.I am saved by HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, i.e., the imputed righteousness of Christ Jesus.

I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ, my God and Savior, by echoing the words of Jacob in Genesis 32:10, “I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant…” What a wonderful God!
“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.” -1st John 2:15-17

There are a few Scriptures in the Word of God that come to mind for me more than others. 1st John 2:15-17 is one such passage of Scripture. When I see what the sinful world has to offer, I am often reminded of the Words… “Love not the world…” Tragically, most people love the world.

What does the Bible mean by the term “world?” The world is that mass of humanity which has alienated itself from God and is therefore hostile to the cause of Christ. The world lives for frivolous and meaningless things. So many people’s minds are consumed with their automobile, or their new barbecue. Others live for fishing, or the latest fashion from France (usually some cheap looking garbage).
It is tragic that the Word of God means so little to so many people. Do you not understand that the same God Who spoke the universe into existence also Authored the Bible? Yet people spit on the Word of God by completely ignoring It. The world lives for it’s belly…”Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things” (Philippians 3:19).This describes the average person today, living for number one (self).

The world is sexually perverted and Satanic movies. The world is everything that this temporal life has to offer which draws us away from God: away from holy living, away from obeying the Word of God, away from praying, away from living for Jesus, away from soul-winning, away from giving to the Lord’s work, away from going to church, away from righteousness, and even away from getting saved.

The world is our enemy! It is God’s enemy (James 4:4).If we are friends of the world, then we are enemies of God!
The “world” to which the Bible refers to is BOTH the sinful world and the materialistic world. Something doesn’t have to necessarily be sinful to be worldly. For example: There is nothing wrong with owning a house or a car, but you can easily turn that object into a god that consumes your heart and mind, and that is sinful.

God warns us about ALL THAT IS IN THE WORLD: the Lust of the eyes, and the LUST of the flesh, and the PRIDE of life.So many people today are filled with wicked pride, they don’t care about Truth, or about the Lord Jesus Christ.

The pride of man is perhaps the strongest known element in the universe.Pride sends people to Hell.Pride keeps people from coming to Christ for salvation. Pride causes people to hate and kill. Pride is what causes the feminist to mock God in rebellion.Pride is what causes the world to hate Jesus Christ and those called by His name, Christians. So many people are living without God. And then there’s those who profess to know God, but God is last place in their life. They do NOT obey the Word of God.
God wants to be all-in-all in our life. God doesn’t just want to be first in your life, because then He won’t be a part of all the other priorities you have. We must include God (and the Teachings of the Bible) in everything we do.Many people think they are putting God “first” by going to church on Sunday, but then they forget about God and His Word for the rest of the week. They are really putting God last in their life.
To place God first means that we look to the Scriptures for answers and guidance in every facet of our daily lives, and then obey the Bible. Of course, you cannot even begin to please God or put Him first until you’ve been BORN AGAIN by the Spirit of Christ.
The Devil never shows us what’s hidden behind the bright lights of Sin City. God hates the casinos, the prostitution, the booze, the heathen music, the illegal drugs, etc… but He loves the sinner’s soul. The world hates God.The world is like a man shooting a gun in one hand while playing a saxophone in the other, he drowns out the cries of his victims with the saxophone. Is this not the world?

While millions upon millions of  animals are skinned alive and children are murdered through godless abortion, the music and movies of Hollywood captivate our every thought.
While millions of children are starving to death around the world, people are enamored with their hobbies and toys. The Devil always shows us the well-watered plains toward Sodom, but he doesn’t show us Sodom. Lot “pitched his tent toward Sodom (Genesis 13:12),” and before you know it… he lived in Sodom.

The Devil always looks for the weakest link, a way in.The world is controlled by Satan (2nd Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2).

That young woman, that causes so many men to lust after her, will one day return to the dust from which she came.Oh how wicked are the hearts of men and women (Jeremiah 17:9). Do you not realize that nothing will matter 100 years from now except what you did with Jesus Christ and the Word of God?

That new car will one day be returned to the earth in the form of scrap. In fact, EVERYTHING you own will one day be returned to the dust of the earth from which it came. So many people want to destroy others, fight, go to court, and get even with others over money and materialistic THINGS. My friend, the best things in life aren’t things. Life itself is a miracle of God.
The ability to go to work is a gift from God.Our health is a gift from God. Children are a gift from God.Yet, so many people take it all for granted and spit on God by rejecting the inspired Word of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

You cannot live forever. You will die and meet your Maker. You will give account for your wicked life and for rejecting the Saviour. As I type, Christ-rejecters burning in the fires of Hell according the the Word of God (” In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2nd Thessalonians 1:8).

Perhaps you don’t believe the Bible either, well, I must warn you that Revelation 21:8 says that “unbelievers” will be cast into the lake of fire, the second death. Are you so foolish that you’d be willing to spend all eternity in suffering and misery, just for a season of sinful pleasure in this wicked world.
New Yorkers boasted of their wild sex-orgies, just as many other godless groups of sinners.Do you think you can mock God and get away with it? Do you think you can violate God’s Word and not be judged in eternity? No, you cannot (Galatians 6:7). You will die one day. Hell will be hot for those who die in their sins, especially those who have wasted a lifetime of wild living and debauchery.

The millions of women who have murdered their child with an abortion, will all be dead in 100 years. The doctors who murdered the children will all be dead in 100 years. The godless puppet Supreme Court who does as they are told will all be dead in 100 years. The wicked people who make, distribute, and sell beer will all be dead in 100 years. The wicked people who own and operate the vile gambling casinos will all be dead in 100 years.

The godless music video producers and all the sleazy idols will all be dead 100 years from now.Their beauty will fade in the decades to come and they will be replaced by more fools for Satan.Your world WILL pass away. You were born with nothing and you can take nothing with you… “For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out” (1st Timothy 6:7).
“And this is THE WILL of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” -John 6:40

The Bible is not asking us to give up the world to be saved, as some foolishly believe. Certainly, the world is wicked and NO believer should be of the world. However, all that God requires for a person to be saved is simple faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour. The Word of God is warning that a person’s love for the world will prevent them from coming to Christ for salvation.

Jesus tells us the reason why the unsaved world will not come to Him in John 3:20… “For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.”
The world offers sinful pleasures, materialism, and self-gratification; ALL of which are directly opposed to Jesus Christ and the Word of God. God is simply telling us is 1st John 2:15-17 that we need to get saved, and if it’s the pleasures of sin that are keeping us from coming to Christ, then we need to forsake the world and come to Christ. This is what Jesus meant in Matthew 5:29-30 when He said it’s better to pluck out your eye or cut off your hand, than to go to Hell.

Jesus said a man would be much better off if he were disabled (or crippled), than to be cast into Hell whole. It is one’s love for sin that keeps him or her from coming to Jesus. The reason is because you can’t be a Christian and truly enjoy sin, not the same way unsaved people can… and unsaved people KNOW IT, which is exactly why they refuse to come to Christ for forgiveness.

99% of the earth’s population will ALL be dead 100 years from now. What will anything matter then? What will all of the money, fame, and pleasure in this world matter when we are dead and gone?
Are you willing to risk your eternal soul upon the foolish assumption that the Bible is not God’s Word? For eternity’s sake, you had better be right. Have you ever studied the Bible? It is frightening. The Bible has NEVER been disproved. Don’t you think you should at least do a thorough investigation into the matter? Are you afraid you might find the Truth?

Where will you be 100 years from now? You can KNOW for certain (1st John 5:13).You need to get saved friend, i.e., you need to be BORN AGAIN by the Incorruptible Word of God. Please click on “God’s Simple Plan” below to learn how simple and free it is to saved.

This world is temporal, but God offers to us “eternal LIFE” through Christ Jesus. What a Wonderful Saviour!
“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” —Philippians 1:21
Many people fail to make Jesus Christ the center hub of their life.

Instead, they center their entire life around their spouse, until one day that spouse files for divorce or passes away, and then everything comes crashing down. It’s so easy to center one’s life around their spouse.By doing so, we are simply setting ourselves up for utter heartbreak and disaster.

Other people center their lives around their children, and then one day those children grow up and leave, or are taken suddenly from us, and then our world is taken from us and we are utterly devastated.

A cart’s load, representative of all of this life’s troubles and problems, cannot be supported by a broken wheel, and the wheel is only as strong as the center hub. If we center our life around our spouse and our children, then we are going to be doomed when they fail us or are taken from us.

What we need to do is make Jesus Christ the center hub of our life, as the Apostle Paul did. Paul said, “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21). Paul didn’t live for anyone or anything other than Jesus Christ.
Some people center their life around a job, until one day that job is gone and they have nothing else to live for. What a sad testimony. Anything that we center our life around besides God becomes an idol. So many people today have centered their life around a job, a spouse, children, friends, a hobby, a sport, etc; but they have not placed God at the center of their life. One day, when their wheel breaks, they won’t be able to bear the burdens and problems of this life, and Satan will destroy them.

Oh, please listen my friend, Jesus Christ is a Friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Our spouse, family, children and friends will forsake us, disappointments will come, heartaches will happen and everything in our life will at times turn for the worst; but hallelujah, Jesus Christ will never leave nor forsake us… “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” If you are a genuine born-again Christian, then you have God’s Holy Spirit living within your body.

1st John 4:4 states, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” The Devil is in the world (2nd Corinthians 4:4); but the King of kings and Lord of lords lives within the body of every believer (Romans 8:9). Jesus will never leave us. Amen!

Whatever mistakes and failures we have made in the past, the important thing is to move forward for God. The very reason why Jesus Christ came into this world was to SAVE SINNERS… “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief” (1st Timothy 1:15).

The Apostle Paul called himself the “chief” of sinners. That’s a humble man.It was Paul’s realization of his mistakes in the past, and knowing that Christ had mercifully pardoned Him of His sins, that gave him a strong desire to live for the Lord.

Let us not dwell over past failures and allow Satan to render us useless for God; but rather, make Jesus Christ the center hub of our life, and live each day with eternity in view, so that we may win souls to Christ and redeem the time.
Job 1:20,21, “Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped, And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.”

There are times in life when some people lose everything—their family, their health, their spouse, their career, their home, their equity in their home, their children, their reputation, etc.Jesus said the Devil comes for one reason, and one reason only—to KILL, STEAL and DESTROY (John 10:10).

It’s at times like this when we must remember the Scriptures, for Jesus hath said in Matthew 28:20b, “lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Amen! Jesus never fails! When all you have is God, you have all you need. In Hebrews 13:5c God promises us, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

When disappointments come, and heartbreaks happen, and friends forsake us, and our family abandons us, and our enemies speak all manner of evil against us, and we suffer great financial loss, and our health worsens, and all we have left is our faith in God—We are right where God wants us, because now we have to depend solely upon Him for everything.

Job had lost his livestock, his crops, his servants, the lives of his ten children, his health and the encouragement of his wife; yet Job blessed the name of the Lord.Even job’s so-called “friends” condemned and scorned him.Job called his friends “miserable comforters” (Job 16:2).Job came to the place where he had nothing left but God.

Job 16:20, “My friends scorn me: but mine eye poureth out tears unto God.”
It is not a coincidence that God inserted the story of Job into His holy Word. God has wondrously shared the tragic life of Job with us in order that we may learn how to deal with suffering, tragic loss and judgmental people. Job maintained his faith in God. Job 13:15, “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”

There are many people today who can relate to some extent with Job’s loss and suffering. There are many people who are going through the pain of divorce. Nothing messes up a person’s life like a divorce. It takes years to recover, but you can recover, and there is a future in Jesus Christ for you.Others have lost loved ones to death. Some have experienced the loss of their home, life-savings or a career. Others are enduring serious health problems and constant agonizing pain.

Whatever your burden may be, Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Consider the precious words of Deuteronomy 33:27, “The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.”
In Psalm 18:2 king David said, “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.” Amen! We are not alone. The Lord is our refuge and strength! David had sinned greatly, committing adultery, conspiracy and murder. Yet, David repented and found mercy at the feet of Jesus. David had lost the respect of the people, his throne, his wives, his children, and his friends.

In desperation David said, “I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.” (Psalm 142:4) Oh, how David suffered in his heart. The man after God’s own heart had made a mess of everything. David came to the place where he had nothing left but God.

Jesus Himself was despised and rejected of men.He was scorned, ridiculed and misunderstood. People picked up stones to throw at Jesus and tried to kill Him (John 8:40,59). Jesus was falsely accused, tried and sentenced to death. His disciples all forsook Him.We have a Saviour who understands what we’re going through.

Hebrews 4:15, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” Amen! Jesus knows what we’re suffering through. He is there for us if we are a child of God, i.e., if we’ve been born-again into God’s family.

The greatest things in life are not things. Jesus said in Luke 12:15b, “a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.” Even if we’ve lost everything, we can do much for God.We cannot take money and wealth with us to Heaven, but we can sure take people (souls) with us.

Oh, how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel (Romans 10:15).There is nothing dearer to the heart of God than soul-winning. When you have nothing left but God, tell someone about the wondrous grace of God that brings salvation.Keep your mind focused on Heaven. If you’re not familiar with the Scriptures, then start with the Gospel of John and ask God to open your heart and mind to the truth. He will, I assure you.

People sometimes get the erroneous idea that we have to have our life all-together for God to hear our prayers.Nothing could be further from the truth.Jesus came to save sinners. He came to seek that which was lost.Jesus came to justify the ungodly through faith (Romans 4:5).God is willing to receive us just as we are, just so long as we acknowledge our guilt of sin and believe on Jesus Christ for forgiveness and salvation.

Every believer has the privilege to approach God’s throne of grace on the merit of Christ’s blood sacrifice. Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Amen! When all you have left is God, you have all you need my friend, for God’s grace is available to help each of us in our time of need, no matter how great that need might be.

Psalm 51:12,13, “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.”
The Bible teaches that with temptation, God always makes a way of escape… “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it” (1st Corinthians 10:13).

No one has an excuse to sin.We all experience the same types of temptations throughout life. The Bible teaches that we always have a choice, to do right or wrong.
Thankfully, there is help available from the Lord Jesus Himself, Who was also tempted. Hebrews 2:18, “For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.”

The Greek word for “succour” in Hebrews 2:18 is boetheo meaning “to aid or relieve.” Literally, it means to help. Jesus fully understands the overwhelming power of temptation. If we submit ourselves unto God and resist the Devil as the Bible teaches in James 4:7, he will flee from us. Temptations will come and go; but Jesus Christ is “the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).

James 1:12-14 clearly states… “Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.” We learn three divine truths from this passage of Scripture:
Our love for Jesus should cause us to want to live right, i.e., keep His commands.God never tempts anyone to do wrong. We sin because we want to by yielding to our own lusts. Jesus said in John 14:15, “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

James 1:12 plainly states that those who love the Lord will make an attempt to live a righteous life in the power of the Holy Spirit.Jesus Christ doesn’t want to help us live right; He wants to live the Christian life through us if we’ll simply yield to the Holy Spirit. We cannot go it alone and make it spiritually. Those who fail to pray and read their Bible are saying to God: “I can make it on my own.” Oh, listen my friend, no one can make it on their own without God.
You need the Spirit of Christ to guide you (John 16:13), teach you (John 14:26), and comfort you (John 16:7; 14:18). Praise God! The Holy Spirit is the Godhead living within (indwelling) the body of every believer. Romans 8:9 says that if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is unsaved.

NO ONE can live above sin.Listen to what the great Apostle Paul said concerning his own sins in Romans 7:18-24…   “For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?”
Paul admitted that sometimes he did evil; even as a saved, born-again, believer! But carefully notice that it grieved Paul, because the Holy Spirit convicted him, and Paul DIDN’T want to sin. This is in sharp contrast to the unsaved world who rejects Jesus Christ and couldn’t care less about doing what’s pleasing to God.

On my website ministry, I don’t condemn people for their sins, God forbid; but rather, I preach against the wicked who parade their sins up and down America’s streets, and teach our children that it’s okay to break God’s Laws, and despise the righteousness of God (Psalm 94:16).
Paul tried to live right, but at times utterly failed, just as ALL believers do. “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief” (Proverb 24:16).

Please note that there are two separate Hebrew words used for “fall” in Proverb 24:16. The first “falleth” literally means “to trip, or stumble.” This is the believer who attempts to please God by living a holy life, but fails, and tries again, but fails, and tries again, but fails, and so forth. This is pleasing to the Lord; not that we fail, but that we keep getting back up and trying again. As long as we are living in this selfish and carnal flesh, we will endure the constant spiritual struggle between our sin-nature and the Spirit of Christ which indwells every believer (Romans 8:9).

The second word “fall” means “to quit, or walk away.” This is the man or woman who deliberately commits sin, trying to justify their wickedness. This is the wife who files for divorce. She quit, i.e., she’s not even trying to live for God anymore. Seeking greener pastures is what the heathen world does. The Bible tells us to hang in there doing right for God (Galatians 6:9).
The Bible is an authoritative Book written by an authoritative God; and the fathers, husbands, and preachers who live by it will be authoritative. The wicked world hates God’s authority, and any authority ordained of God.

The Bible Will Keep Us from Sin, or Sin Will Keep Us from the Bible.Psalm 119:11 states, “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” King David said he had memorized God’s Word, i.e., hid the Bible in his heart, to help him gain victory over sin in his personal life.

Hebrews 4:12 reads, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”  What a powerful Book! No Christian magazine, book, nor daily devotional can compare to the power of God’s Word!

No wonder David said in Psalm 1:1-2, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

David had learned a painful lesson from the horrible sins he had committed (adultery and murder). David’s own family turned against him. David’s kingdom fell into ruin. David’s sons were killed. BathSheba’s child died. David’s name became mud. As an old man, broken and tired, he writes the Psalms.

David now realizes that it is God whom he has sinned against, because he had broken all of the Ten Commandments. We have all broken the Ten Commandments, whether in heart or by deed. God’s Law will keep us from sin, if we fear God enough to obey Him.

Listen to what king David said in Psalm 6:1, “O LORD, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.” God is longsuffering and slow to anger, but once God gets angry… LOOK OUT! Psalm 7:11 warns that God is angry with the wicked every day. As a holy God, He hates sin with a passion, and won’t dismiss anyone’s frivolous attitude about sin.

1st Corinthians 11:31 states, “For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.” If we DON’T judge ourselves, then we WILL BE JUDGED! Judging ourselves means dealing with the problem before God has to deal with it.

2nd Corinthians 5:10 WARNS, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”

Romans 14:12 states that every person will be held accountable by God on Judgment Day. We would be wise to live for God now as believers, confessing and forsaking our sins today, rather than face the judgment of an angry God tomorrow because of our arrogant pride disobedience.

Jesus said in John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” As we memorize the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit will remind us of them when we need them. This is one way that the Lord helps us when we are temped (as Hebrews 2:18 promises).
As you SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES (John 5:39), and a Bible passage burns your heart, memorize It. By the way, I’ve NEVER met one believer who could quote multiple Scriptures from any modern corrupted Bibles; BUT I have known many Christians who could quote hundreds of Scriptures from the preserved, inspired, inerrant, infallible, precious, King James Bible.I don’t even quote for comparison purposes from modern perversions of the Bible.

Give Me the Old, Time Proven, Trustworthy, Inspired and Preserved King James Bible! I guarantee you that the only Hell, fire and brimstone preachers left in America today are those men of God who still uphold the inspired King James Bible. The new Bibles are for New Evangelicalism, which is just plain old sinful compromise. Neo (or new) evangelicals don’t go publicly soul-winning, door-to-door as the Bible teaches in Acts 20:22 (the believer’s 20/20 vision).

Most churches today operate like demonic cults, meeting behind closed doors and then rushing to MacDonald’s after church to gossip about each other. The New Testament Church in the book of Acts went out into the highways and hedges, compelling people to get saved. Everywhere that the early Christians went, either revival or riot broke out. They were persecuted, prosecuted, and many martyred for their preaching of the Gospel.
People criticize the King James Bible, when they should leave it alone. God promised to preserve his Words unto every generation (Psalm 12:6-8). Either we have God’s Word or we don’t. Do you believe God or not? I believe that the King James Bible is God’s preserved Word in the English language for today.

God knew in His foreknowledge that the English speaking language would be the universal language of the end times. Every nation in the world is now teaching English to their children. God gave us the inspired and preserved King James 1611 Bible for all the world.

There will never be another translation of the Bible into English.Modern English makes such an undertaking IMPOSSIBLE, and today’s agendacized feminist and homosexual society makes it IMPROBABLE. The NIV 2011 just came out, removing the words “man” and “men” in literally thousands-upon-thousands of places. All modern bibles attack Christ’s deity, the Godhead, the Pretribulation Rapture, Christ’s sinless perfection, the literal blood sacrifice of Christ, and many other important doctrines of the Christian faith.

To Overcome Temptation and Sin, Saturate Your Life with the Word of God.If you want to gain victory in your life over sin, then you need to start hiding the Word of God in your heart (i.e., your sub-consciousness) by memorizing the Scriptures. Do a Bible study on your particular area of weakness, and then memorize several Scriptures to help you when temptations arise.

For example: If you have a problem with sexual lust, you should memorize 1st Peter 2:11, “Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul.”

1st John 2:15-17 would apply to many sins and should be memorized by EVERY believer, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

These Scriptures should be on our minds continually.Literally, our minds should be SATURATED with the Scriptures. King David said that the Word’s of the Lord were sweeter than honey to his mouth (Psalm 119:103).

Do you find the Bible more refreshing that a box of Doughnuts? Sadly, most people would gladly rather have a box of donuts over God’s Word. What will today’s burdens and temptations matter 100-years from now? All that will matter when we leave this world, as believers, is what did we do for Jesus’ sake and the Gospel’s (Mark 10:29,30).

Of course, if you are unsaved, nothing else will matter until you receive Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. Sin has alienated mankind from God, and there is no hope for humanity apart from the cross of Jesus Christ. You are a GUILTY sinner, on your way to everlasting Hell, fire and torment in your sins. You need to have your sins forgiven, and only Jesus Christ Who has the nail-scared hands and feet can forgive you.Ye Must Be Born Again!

Luke 22:40 states, “And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.” In addition to hiding God’s Word in our heart, we need to pray continually. 1st Thessalonians 5:17 states, “Pray without ceasing.” Obviously, this means that we can pray while working, walking, driving, etc. We ought to be in constant fellowship with our God.

Prayer is from within our heart, not a recital. We ought to pray continually.Philippians 4:6, “Be careful [stressed, anxious] for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

“Supplications” are things on our prayer list (i.e., a petition) that we keep asking God for. Prayer is asking. That’s what prayer is. Praise is praise. Worship is worship. But prayer is letting our requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6-7).
We should ask God for His help in every area of our life on a daily basis; but then there are certain matters which we will need to pray about for weeks, months, or even years. Jesus taught His disciples that prayer was a means to avoid temptation.
It is very interesting that Jesus never taught His disciples how to preach, but He did teach them how to pray. Prayer is not a “therapy” as liberals call it today. Prayer is expecting a miracle from a miraculous omnipotent (all-powerful) divine God.

We hear much talk these days on television and radio, and in books and magazines, about spiritual matters and mention of God; but they are a bunch of Modernists (an unsaved person who appears as a Christian) and liberals (unsaved scholars and “experts”) who deny the POWER OF GOD (2nd Timothy 3:5).

Do you have a prayer life? It doesn’t have to be a prayer closet. Your car can become a prayer closet. Where do you meet God every day? Do you pray at all? Prayerlessness is akin to the sin of atheism, for a prayerless Christian prays no more than an unbelieving atheist. So sad!

Jesus said that prayer would keep us from temptation. There is NO secret to overcoming sin in one’s personal life. We either love the Lord enough to obey Him or we don’t, it’s as simple as that. If we love the Lord, then we will study God’s Word, and memorize passages to help us.If we love the Lord, then we will pray and walk with God in our daily life.Every believer should take time to walk with God. Have a designated place where you meet with God each day. It may be at your desk, or your coffee table, or in your car on the way to work.
Take time frequently to be alone in nature with your Creator. God gave us nature to remind us of His Godhead, goodness, and power (Psalm 19:1-3; Romans 1:20).We need to take time out, to escape the concrete jungle of the city, and get alone with God in nature.Mark 6:46 states, “And when he [Jesus] had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.”

Jesus is our example. If our Lord went alone into nature to pray, then we need to find a place everyday, even if just in our backyard, where we can seek God.Most people are too busy to fellowship with their Creator, choked by the cares, riches, and pleasures of this short life here on earth (Luke 8:13).
Ephesians 6:10-12 reads, “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
We cannot gain victory over sin by ourselves, we need God’s power. This is exactly what Ephesians 6:10 states, “…be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” We are foolish if we attempt to live the Christian life in our own strength, and we will utterly fail.

The Bible tells us to be strong IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT.   This is why the Apostle Paul could say in 2nd Corinthians 12:9-10, “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

Someday you’ll hear God’s Final Call to you To take his offer of salvation true- This could be it my friend if you but knew- God’s Final Call, God’s Final Call .How can you live another day in sin, Thinking some day with Christ you will begin? O will you hear above the world’s loud din- God’s Final Call, God’s Final Call If you reject God’s Final Call of grace, You’ll have no chance your footsteps to retrace- All hope will then be gone and doom you’ll face. O hear his call! God’s Final Call

Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”   The Blood of the Lamb   I can’t tell you how many times the Holy Spirit has comforted me with the Words of Hebrews 4:15-16, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”What a wonderful PROMISE from God! The throne of grace is mine to approach for help, because of the precious blood of Jesus!

What was forbidden to all Old Testament saints except the high priest, i.e., entering into the holy of holies, is freely available to us today through Christ’s blood.Yet, so many of us neglect and take for granted our privilege as born-again believers to God’s throne of grace. We are so undeserving.Thank God for the literal blood of Jesus that gives us the victory over sin if we want it.

1st John 4:1,2…“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.  Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.”

The word “try” means “to test.”  Hence, we are to TEST the spirits. What does the Bible mean by “spirit.”  All human beings are spirits. The Devil is a spirit. The demons are spirits. The angels are spirits.God Himself is a Spirit (John 4:24).We are spirits in a physical world.  There is a great spiritual battle taking place.

Ephesians 6:12 states, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.“Thus, every book, every movie, every writing, is produced by a spirit, the human spirit.

Ephesians 2:2 teaches that Satan has influence upon the unsaved spirit (person), “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.“So we see that there are different spirits at work.

1st John 4:13, “Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.“ A clear distinction should be made between “the spirit (Satan) that now worketh in the children of disobedience,” and the Holy Spirit of God.
1st John 4:2 is Only a Test Starting Point
It is important to understand that the test specified in 1st John 4:2 is only a starting point, not a conclusive test.We are told that “Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.” Obviously this cannot be a final test because many false religions believe that Jesus is the Christ, i.e., the Saviour.  Every Catholic believes that Jesus is the Christ; BUT, they are all bound for Hell because they are trusting in their good works and the Church to save them.

Ephesians 2:8,9 and Titus 3:5 plainly teach that good works CANNOT merit anyone salvation. Seventh-Day Adventists  believe that Jesus is the Christ; BUT, they teach works salvation and that Christ’s work of redemption still isn’t completed. So it’s important to test the spirits with the ENTIRE Word of God, not just one simple test.

God is simply providing us with a starting point in 1st John 4:1,2.  One billion Muslims would fail this first test, because they don’tbelieve Jesus died on the cross. The Koran states that Jesus was kidnapped, and another crucified in His place.  Muslims also teach that God has NO Son.  1st John 2:22 call them LIARS and ANTI-Christs for denying that Jesus is the Christ.
There are Other Tests Required to Determine if Someone is of God or Satan
The tests we should give to a person’s faith, based upon the Word of God, to determine whether or not they are a legitimate Christian, is:

18.  Is Christ’s work of atonement completely finished? (Hebrews 9:26)
The answer to every question above should be a confident “YES!”
The answer to every question below should be a confident “NO!”
19.  Does a person have to be baptized to go to Heaven? (1st Corinthians 1:17; Acts 16:31; Romans 10:13)
20.  Do you have to do any good works to go to Heaven? (Romans 3:20; Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5)

27.  Do you have to recognize the Virgin Mary to be saved? (1st Timothy 2:5; Exodus 20:4,5)
28.  Do you have to be religious to go to Heaven? (Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; Mark 7:6-13)
There are other questions as well; but, these are the main questions. You’ll find that 98% of the people in this world DON’T pass the above tests. Please do not misunderstand this article.I’m not saying we should rudely interrogate people concerning their beliefs. What I am saying is that if someone’s beliefs don’t line up with the Word of God concerning salvation, then they’re not saved.

No one who is trusting in their baptism to save them will go to Heaven. No one who believes that Christ’s blood is insignificant is saved. No one who denies the virgin birth, or Christ’s sinlessness is saved. These are all fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith.

There is MUCH deception today, many false Christs, and many liars. The only true way of knowing whether they are of God or not is to scrutinize their teachings with the Light of God’s Word.No one who prays the Rosary and trusts Mary will ever go to Heaven. No way! The Bible is clear that such repetitious prayers are sinful (Matthew 6:7).Bowing to any statue is a horrible sin (Exodus 20:4,5).  If you’ll study the Word of God, instead of following men, then you CANNOT be deceived.
Many professed “Christian” organizations today, put forth a basic Gospel message to the public; BUT, they would fail the above tests.  Many false religions are based upon the Gospel.  It’s true.  The Devil always starts with the truth when he wants to create a lie (Romans 1:25; 2nd Corinthians 11:14), then he perverts it.  By adding and removing from the truth, it is corrupted.  For Example: Jehovah’s Witnesses teach that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again.

However, they deny the deity of Christ, the Godhead, the Holy Spirit, and so many other fundamental Bible doctrines.  They are a false religion, children of the Devil.  Do you see why it is so important to preach the Gospel, while simultaneously EXPOSING Satan’s works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11)?  Yes, we should preach the Gospel; BUT, many false religions also do that, so we need to give people additional information from the Bible.
We need to teach people that good works cannot merit salvation, and that baptism is not required to be saved.  We must tell them about the lies of Roman Catholicism, and the deadly deception of Seventh-Day Adventism. We must warn them about imposters like Oprah Winfrey, who denies that Jesus is the only way to Heaven.

We should warn those who need to be warned.  If I know that someone is following a certain false religion, like Catholicism, then I’ll make sure to warn them that the sacraments are evil. They need to know! Do you realize that every Catholic believes the basic Gospel?  They believe that Jesus’ blood washes our sins away!  BUT, they are also trusting the Virgin Mary (Our Lady of Fatima), the Rosary, the Pope, the priestly confessional booth, the Church, the seven sacraments, and their good works to save them one day.

Salvation is found ONLY in Jesus Christ, by faith alone in Christ!  If you add anything to your faith, then it is NO faith at all, and you will go to Hell.It is for this very reason that I expose so many CCM (contemporary Christian music) artists today. They all speak a vague message, barely even the basic Gospel; while the world plunges into the abyss of Hell.  And they say they care about people?  No they don’t!  They’re more interested in making money.
It’s time for Christians to start proclaiming the Truth of God’s Word. The Gospel is being exploited by many false religions to deceive the ignorant and unlearned. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is His death, burial, and resurrection; BUT, the “good news” also teaches that salvation is a FREE GIFT which absolutely cannot be merited in any way (Romans 5:15; 11:6; Ephesians 2:8,9).

So the good news of Christ is no good news at all when you REQUIRE people to get baptized, join a church, forsake their sin, make Jesus their Lord, make a commitment, walk a church isle, perform good works, confess sins to a priest, tithe, persevere to the end, or partake of sacraments.

The good news (Gospel) is that you DON’T have to do anything to be saved, just place your faith in Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour to forgive your sins.  Jesus already did everything for us at Calvary, all we need to do is rest in His finished work of redemption.  It’s as simple as this: We are sinners, and Jesus is the Saviour.

Again, If you’ll study the Word of God, instead of following men, then you CANNOT be deceived.

In these times of sin and woe, it is important for Christians to walk with God and pour out their feelings, frustrations and concerns to God. King David took his burdens to the Lord and sought refuge for his soul in the Lord. As believers, we need to bath our life in prayer, walk with God and Cast all your care upon him; for he careth for you(1st Peter 5:7).

Psalm 62:8 is a beautiful Scripture… ”Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.”
Do you pour out your heart before God when things get tough in life? God asks us to cast our cares upon Him. But you say, “I’ve tried that and nothing ever happens.” It is a matter of trust. God is asking us to trust Him—trust that He sees the big picture that we cannot, trust that He knows what is best for our life, and trust that He will make everything work out for right in the end (Romans 8:28).

People tend to get angry at God because He doesn’t work how, where and when we expect Him to. Yet, we fail to realize that God created the hundreds-of-billions of known galaxies in this universe in just ONE DAY (Genesis 1:14-16) by the mere Word of His mouth (2nd Peter 3:5; John 1:1-3).
God truly does work in “mysterious ways,” i.e., in ways that are above and beyond our own frail human ways… ”For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:8,9).

Who are we to demand that God do things in our own time and in the manner in which we think it should be done? You see, God knows better than anyone just how sinfully proud, stubborn and rotten we humans can be. Thus, God works in such a way that our faith is put to the test, to see if we really love Him or not.

I’ve been saved for many years now and have learned painfully that God always comes through for me; but in a way that led me through trials and tribulation, through pain and sorrow, as part of my training as a Christian… ”That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love…” (1st Peter 1:7,8).

Interestingly, most people are consumed with making more money nowadays; but 1st Peter 1:7 teaches that the trial of one’s faith is worth more than all the gold in the world.
A faith must be tested. I have been through some fiery trials in my life and dread the one’s likely ahead; but I know that Jesus will make everything right when He returns at the Rapture of the saints, or else I pass from this miserable life of pain and sorrow into eternity to be with my precious Savior (John 16:22). Even so come Lord Jesus!!!
Until that time comes or the Lord decides to take me home to Heaven, I will continue to pour out my heart before God as the Bible instructs and to cast my cares upon Him in faith. God is a tremendous and awesome God!
“Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.” —Job 13:15
I challenge you, whoever you may be, to do a little each day for the Lord Jesus Christ. Please don’t make the mistake of burying your talents which God has given to you as did the foolish servant in the Bible (Matthew 25:24-26).

Everyone has some talents, resources, abilities, money, time, gifts, or some thing they can give back to God. No one has everything, but we all have something we can DO FOR GOD. What is it that God has given to you? All Moses had was a rod in his hand, but look at all God did with that rod.

God came to Moses on the backside of the desert and commissioned Moses to lead the Israelites out of bondage and slavery in Egypt. Moses didn’t want the job and made all sorts of excuses in an attempt to convince God that He had the wrong guy.

Moses said he was slow of speech. So God said He would send along Moses’ brother, Aaron, to be Moses’ spokesman. Moses said the Jews wouldn’t listen to him, being a nobody.God told Moses to tell the people of God that I AM had sent him.Moses told God that he had no skills, abilities, nor talents.God asked Moses what was in His hand.
Exodus 4:2, “And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.” God used that simple stick, a wooden rod, to deliver Israel for bondage in Egypt. God parted the Red Sea and bestowed many miracles and blessings upon God’s people through Moses’ rod.
Most people don’t CARE enough to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES as Jesus commanded in John 5:39, and so they remain ignorant about spiritual matters and God cannot help them. God helps those who do things HIS WAY.

Proverb 3:5-7 promises divine guidance only to those who acknowledge God in all their ways, which means searching the Scriptures as Jesus said.

Interestingly you cannot show me anywhere in the Bible where we are told to SEEK GOD’S WILL. Rather, we are told to understand and perform God’s will. Ephesians 5:17: “Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.” Jesus will open our eyes through His Holy Spirit that lives in us (John 14:18; Romans 8:9).

Luke 24:45, “Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the Scriptures.” If you walk with the Lord in the Scriptures, then He will open your eyes to understand THE TRUTH.
Jesus is THE TRUTH (John 14:6).Jesus’ Words are TRUTH and LIFE (John 6:63).The Bible is TRUTH (John 17:17). 2nd Thessalonians 2:10 teaches that we ought to LOVE THE TRUTH. The Bible can be summed up in one word… TRUTH.

We already know what God’s will is in the Bible. So many people are seeking God’s will in unknown areas of their life; while not CARING about God’s revealed will in known areas of their life.In other words, we ought to obey God’s revealed will before we seek God’s hidden will for our lives.

1st Thessalonians 5:18,  “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

The Word of God has much to say about being thankful to God. Gratitude is a subject that we don’t hear much about these days.In fact, we hear a lot of people speaking evil of God instead, expressing their contempt for Him.

We have so much to be thankful to God for, no matter how much suffering we may endure, or how much earthly possessions and health we may lose along the way.Being thankful is so important. In fact, a lack of gratitude toward God is the first step downhill in a life of rebellion, sin and ruin. Romans 1:21, “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, NEITHER WERE THANKFUL; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.” Behind every wicked heart is a spirit of ingratitude.

God is kind to unthankful and evil people according to Luke 6:35, “But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for HE IS KIND UNTO THE UNTHANKFUL AND TO THE EVIL.”
People spew blasphemies and hatred out against their Creator, God is still kind unto them. That is how great God’s heart of compassion is, tolerating the wicked and feeding those who blaspheme His holy name. Even the most wicked people are fed, clothed, and taken care of by God’s bountiful eye.

God’s kindness will end the moment you pass into eternity in your sins without Jesus Christ. You will go straight to Hell to be tormented in flames.Don’t mistake God’s kindness for compromise or approval of one’s wickedness, because God’s goodness is heaping coals of fire upon one’s head for Judgment Day.

The kinder God is,the hotter and more severe will be one’s punishment in the Lake of Fire. God will be vindicated on Judgment Day, when the wicked are reminded of all the goodness bestowed upon them on earth by God; while they ran from God, blasphemed His holy name, rejected His precious Son, and spit upon the Word of God.
God is giving mankind enough rope to hang themselves. People live in gross immorality and rebellion against God, and suppose that God approves of such wickedness because judgment does not come immediately. But read the warning in Eccelsiastes 8:12, “Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him.”
Ingrates have actors boldly and repeatedly curse God’s name in every movie they produce, especially in so-called “family movies.” The Devil’s family they mean. Grateful people don’t make movies that take God’s name in vain.

Taking God’s name in vain has become the hallmark of American society; but the Ten Commandments still says in Exodus 20:7, “Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.”

Mentioning “God” or “Jesus” or “Christ” in a meaningless, disrespectful, or empty manner is as much a horrible sin as murder and adultery (and God will hold such wicked ingrates accountable). I’ve noticed that many people curse in God’s name deliberately to identify whose side they’re on, Satan’s.

When Peter cursed the name of Jesus while warming his hands at the fire, those around him were convinced that he was not with Christ.
The Bible instructs Christian believers in Philippians 4:6 not to be anxious over anything; but rather, to cast our cares and burdens upon the Lord in a spirit of thanksgiving.

Philippians 4:6, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication WITH THANKSGIVING let your requests be made known unto God.” Here we learn that thanksgiving is an important part of our prayer life, and of getting our prayers answered. James 4:6 says that God resists the proud, but giveth grace to the humble. James 4:6, “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” Thanksgiving, humility, and prayer go hand-in-hand.

Carefully notice the first thing that God tells His people to do to save the nation in 2nd Chronicles 7:14… HUMBLE THEMSELVES. 2nd Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall HUMBLE THEMSELVES, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
Very few people are humble and thankful to God these days. This is why sin is so prevalent in our nation. This is why fornication is our new way of life in the U.S., abortion is legal, and Planned Parenthood has crept into our public schools. Few people truly appreciate what God has done for them. God is so good to all of us.

If we were thankful to God as a nation, then we would shut down SIN CITY Las Vegas. If we were truly appreciative to God, then we would shut down Hollywood and all the filth that oozes out of that cesspool of iniquity. The first step to God healing our nation is to humble ourselves and pray, seeking God’s face, and turning from our wicked ways.

Seeking God’s face means seeking God’s favor. God turns His face from those whom He is displeased with.It is very interesting that the Bible doesn’t tell His people to first seek God, nor to turn from our wicked ways, nor to pray; but rather… to HUMBLE OURSELVES.

Jesus healed 10 lepers, but only one returned to thank the Lord. Listen to what the Lord said in Luke 17:17, “Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.”This Samaritan found salvation that day, by faith in the Lord, because he had gratitude for what Christ had done for Him.Most people who won’t come to Christ to be saved are ingrates, like the 9 lepers. It was the Samaritan’s thankful heart that caused him to come to the Lord for salvation.

An unthankful spirit hinders many people from coming to Jesus Christ for salvation. This is exactly what Romans 1:21 tells us, “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God,NEITHER WERE THANKFUL; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”
Everyone at some point in life KNOWS that there is a God.This is what Romans 1:21 teaches… WHEN THEY KNEW GOD. But many people refuse to acknowledge God in their life, and so their foolish heart becomes darkened with empty thoughts and worldly shallow pursuits. Most people have absolutely no idea of how important it is to be thankful toward God for all He is and does for us. God is a good God, and a righteous God, and He is justified in everything He does.

A lack of thankfulness toward God is the first step toward eternal damnation in the Lake of Fire, for ingratitude is the root cause of rebellion against God. Those who appreciate and love God for all His goodness will glorify (i.e., acknowledge) Him as Romans 1:21 teaches. I’m not saying that you have to be thankful to be saved, God forbid.

I’m saying that being unthankful prevents many people from coming to Christ to be saved. This is what Romans 1:21 teaches. If you refuse to acknowledge God’s presence in your life and are unthankful toward God, then you have chosen a wrong path to go down. Your final destination will be the Lake of Fire if you stay on that false path until you die.
Our text Verse is 1st Thessalonians 5:18, which says, “In everything give thanks…” The Bible does not say to give thanks FOR everything; but rather, IN everything. No matter what comes our way, we ought to always be thankful toward God IN every circumstance.

The Bible tells us to let our requests be made known unto God WITH THANKSGIVING. The Bible says to GIVE THANKS IN EVERY THING.The Bible tells us to glorify God in our life, being THANKFUL.This Biblical doctrine is critically important. The 9 lepers weren’t made spiritually whole, although they were physically healed of leprosy. Sadly, the leprosy of their soul remained, because they were not thankful and didn’t glorify God.Romans 1:21 plainly teaches that being ungrateful causes men to become vain in their thoughts and darkened in their hearts.
We are living in a world of ingrates. Most people don’t appreciate what God has done for them.So many people today party to the sick and disgusting degenerate music of the world, drink booze by the case, stuff their face, and then go to church on Sunday to pray to statues instead of worshiping Jesus Christ.

God is truly kind to the unthankful and the evil; but judgment day is coming the moment people breathe their last breath and enter into eternity (Hebrews 9:27).All of the fools today who live as though this earthly life will last forever are going to be sorry. Just as the flood came upon the wicked without warning, so shall judgment come upon the wicked (Matthew 24:37-38).
“In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.” —2nd Thessalonians 1:8

“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.”―Psalm 90:2

God is Mighty, Great, and Powerful.  God’s name is Jesus Christ―the only true and living God.  Oh that men would trust upon the Lord.  We read in John 10:33… “The Jews answered him [Jesus], saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, MAKEST THYSELF GOD.”

Jesus is Almighty God! It was Jesus Christ who spoke the mountains into existence, “…by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water” (2nd Peter 3:5). We read in John 1:1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

John 1:14 states… “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”  1st Timothy 3:16 tells us in the accurate and preserved King James Bible, “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
Praise God!  The Godhead became incarnate and walked upon this earth in the literal flesh of the Lord Jesus Christ!  Colossians 2:9 states… “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”  Thou art God! I was thinking yesterday about how longsuffering and patient God is with mankind. While people curse the name of God, disobey His Laws, mock Him, and blaspheme His holy character―

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2nd Peter 3:9). What a Saviour!  Woe unto the inhabitants of the earth who despise God’s Laws, glorify sin, and spit on the name of Jesus Christ.

For we are WARNED in 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9… “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.”Thank God for His wondrous love and mercy!Thank God for His bountiful blessings and provisions!

Praise the Lord for all He has done for us!Thank God for Jesus Christ, who came to this sin-cursed world to pay for our sins with His own precious blood.Thank You!  Thank you!Thank you―to the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and every born-again believer! We often hear the name of Jesus today being ridiculed, laughed at, cursed, and belittled, and it makes me angry! It should make you angry too if you love the Lord!I want to praise the name of Jesus, and let the world know that JESUS IS THE MOST PRECIOUS NAME I KNOW!
1st Peter 2:7 states… “Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner.”I’m so sick-and-tired of hearing and seeing Catholics idolize Mary.  It is wicked EVIL!!! Mary was a Hell-deserving sinner just like you, me, and everyone else.  ONLY Jesus was without sin in the flesh (2nd Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15).Thank Jesus Christ!!!

It is ineffable to attempt to describe God’s greatness.I cannot find the words to express my debt of gratitude and profound admiration for the greatness of God.I must agree wholeheartedly with king David in Psalm 145:3, who sang, “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.” Yet, most people today have little or no gratitude for what God has done for them… “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened” (Romans 1:21).

America today is a spoiled rotten society of lying, divorcing, selfish, sensual, perverted, immodestly dressed, lusting, boozing, gambling, fornicating, dancing, cursing, complacent, pleasure-seekers―who hypocritically have the audacity to profess “In God We Trust.”

America will one day suffer the wrath of God, and in that day we will surely know that THOU ART GOD! “The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.” ― Isaiah 2:11
Considering One’s Ways

”Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.” -Haggai 1:7   The Word of God has much to say about CONSIDERING our ways, i.e., coming to one’s senses.  Would to God that more people would consider their ways.

I’ve witnessed the Gospel of Jesus Christ to many people in my life, most of whom refused to even consider what the Bible has to say. The average Catholic doesn’t know what they believe, and are at a loss for words when I explain to them what their religion teaches.

It is tragic that hundreds-of-millions of people are following a religion that they don’t even understand. How sad and foolish! What does God mean when He tells us to “CONSIDER”? It means we need to THINK.

We read in Isaiah 1:18, “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”

The first step in getting right with God is to come to one’s own senses! The large majority of this world’s masses are out of their mind, and are following the Devil into perdition.  God says in Isaiah 1:18… Come, let us REASON!  Are you able to be reasoned with?  Are you willing to CONSIDER your ways?

Here are several Old Testament Scriptures which speak about considering one’s ways: 1st Samuel 12:24-25… “Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you. But if ye shall still do wickedly, ye shall be consumed, both ye and your king.”We ought to consider the great things which God has done for us in America. Many people today think they have it so bad in life; but they never had to live in a Communist nation, where there is no freedom.

Job 37:14… “Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.”   Psalm 8:3-5… “When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.”
It is horrible that young people, barely into their 20′s, would dare speak reproachfully of God.  How could a soul, who has only been in existence for 20-25 years, be so certain that there is NO God, and curse the name of Jesus?Oh that men would CONSIDER the wondrous works of God.The size of the universe is UNKNOWN.

Scientists estimate that there are well over 200,000,000,000 galaxies in the universe, and some astronomers claim as high as 500,000,000,000 galaxies… but how do they know that?

Mankind has NO clue as to how BIG the universe is! The universe could contain more galaxies than mankind has ever thought of.Who are we to say?Yet, mankind in his arrogance and sinful pride refuses to admit that he simply cannot know the answer to every question.
Have you CONSIDERED the wondrous works of God?   Psalms 64:9… “And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.”   Ecclesiastes 7:13-15…“Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked? In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness.”
Everything in life happens for a reason.God is still on His throne.Matthew 10:29 tells us that not even a sparrow falls from the sky without God’s permission. It’s been wisely said,“When you can’t see the hand of God, trust the heart of God.”This truth is wonderfully evidenced in the Old Testament book of Esther.

God is never mention, but we see Him faithfully working behind the scenes. This is why believers often say that “God works in mysterious ways.” Isaiah 55:8,9 tell us that God’s ways are above our ways, and His thoughts above our thoughts. We need to CONSIDER this fact. Thus, we shouldn’t try to figure out God, for to do so usually results in God being placed on trial in our finite mind.

Ezekiel 18:27-28… “Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive. Because he considereth, and turneth away from all his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.”

Haggai 1:5-7… “Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.”What a needful truth for today! So many people are woefully ignorant of the truth of God’s Word.
I used to believe that people would eagerly forsake their false religion, if only I could adequately explain the truth of God’s Word to them.Boy was I wrong.I learned that most religious people have NO DESIRE for the truth, and even if you prove them wrong with the Scriptures, they will continue to make every excuse possible. The truth is that people either want to obey the Gospel or they don’t.

In Romans 1:16 the Apostle Paul states, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth…”  If a lost sinner will not listen to the simple Gospel, i.e., the good news of Christ crucified, then nothing else will convince them, not even zombies from the dead (Luke 16:31).

Let’s face it, most Catholics love their religion, and all the hosts of Heaven could not convince them otherwise. This is why Jesus told the religious Jews in Mark 7:9… “Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.”  If people would simply CONSIDER their beliefs, and the possibility that maybe, just maybe, the Bible is superior to their religion, then America would see widespread revival.
The New Testament also makes much mention of the word “consider”:   Matthew 7:3… “And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?”So often, we only look at our own situation, and selfishly make decisions that suit us best.

We are all guilty of being hypocrites at times. It is so easy for us to see everyone else’s faults, and overlook our own.The truth is that anytime we point our finger at someone else, there are three fingers pointing back at us!It is important that each believer CONSIDER the sins and faults in their own life before they embarrass and humiliate others for their sins.Mark 6:52… “For they considered not the miracle of the loaves: for their heart was hardened.”

This is a remarkable Scripture, and an important lesson for every believer to learn.  This verse speaks of Jesus’ disciples, whose hearts were HARDENED.Even the best of Christians can backslide and become hardened in their heart.
The disciples had just witnessed Jesus feed over 5,000 people with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread.Yet, the Bible says that the disciples didn’t even CONSIDER the miracle. How often do we become discouraged because we fail to CONSIDER the miracles of God all around us.Only a complete fool would ask God for a miracle to prove He exists.Life itself is a wondrous miracle!

The stars, sun, and moon are miracles which only God could perform. The human body is a marvelous miracle.  Animals and nature are a miracle.  There are millions of miracles all around us if we’d just CONSIDER them.

Luke 12:24… “Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?”   Luke 12:27… “Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”
It is interesting that the Bible tells us to CONSIDER nature, as evidence of deeper divine truths.Romans 1:20 states… “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.”

Again, we read in Psalm 19:1, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.”  God is clearly seen in His divine creation.  Thus, there is NO such thing as a genuine atheist, only those who refuse to CONSIDER the world around them.2nd Timothy 2:7… “Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.”

Would to God that more people today would CONSIDER what the Bible teaches. Catholics have bought into the damnable lie that the Vatican has a “right” to add to the Scriptures; but, they do NOT have that right! Jesus told us in John 5:39… SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES!!!Yet, Catholics search their catechisms and ask their priests instead. Phooey on anything that steers us away from the Word of God.There is a great deficiency in the church today of vitamin B66, i.e., the 66 Books of the King James Bible.
We need to CONSIDER what the Scriptures have to say!   Hebrews 12:3… “For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.”God only had one Son without sin; but He never had a son without suffering.  Every believer is an adopted child of God.

Jesus said in John 15:19… “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.”

Christians are an endangered species these days. The world hates us, because they see Christ in us.If the world crucified the Lord, should it be surprising that they persecute us relentlessly? Not at all. When we suffer persecution, and Devil sifts us as wheat, we must CONSIDER the suffering of our Lord, and the fact that the world murdered Him, because they hated Him with a passion, and without just cause.
The Word of God makes an appeal to each individual to CONSIDER one’s ways. Most people today DON’T consider the Bible at all, and are hellbound in sin and unbelief.  Hosea 7:2 states… “And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness…”  Trust me, what HAPPENS in Las Vegas is RECORDED in Heaven!

No one is going to get away with anything. We will all give individual account to God for the life we live, and the sins we commit (Romans 14:12).Throughout the Scriptures, we are invited to CONSIDER the works and miracles of God, which should cause us to repent and come to the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness.
Won’t you CONSIDER the fact that you are a sinner (Romans 3:10,19-23), and that the penalty for sin is death in Hell forever (Romans 6:23; 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9; Revelation 20:11-15), but that Jesus Christ died upon the cross for your sins (Romans 5:8), by the shedding of His precious blood (1st John 1:7), so that you could be saved by faith in Him alone (Acts 4:10-12).  Perhaps you’re tired of playing church.

Perhaps you’re tired of belonging to a dead religion, that in comparison makes a funeral home look more exciting.  Most religious people today are content in their false ways, and refuse to CONSIDER the truth of God’s Word.  “Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways” (Haggai 1:7).
“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” -Isaiah 1:18

“I am the LORD, I change not…” —Malachi 3:6

I love God!  I love God with all my heart. The Bible says that those who love God keep His Commandments (1st John 5:3).Though in my heart I want to please God by keeping His Commandments, I am still a human being (making me inherently sinful by nature).

There are times when I don’t obey God like I should. This is true of ALL humanity (Romans 3:10,23).All people are sinners, guilty of committing sin!The only exception was our Lord Jesus Christ Who was perfect in every way while in the flesh.

It is the blood of man that carries with it the sin nature, not the flesh itself.Jesus had no earthly father.Jesus came forth from the Godhead (Colossians 2:8).Jesus was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14).

The flesh is weak and prone to disobedience against God, prone to anger (Ephesians 2-4).Yet, I have learned to confidently declare to God that I love Him because the blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed all my sins away (Hebrews 4:15,16 and 10:19).
I love God for many reasons.I love God for sending His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, into the world to die upon the cross for my sins (John 3:16).

I love God for creating me (Colossians 1:16)! I love God for caring upon me (1st Peter 5:7).I love God for many reasons. But the reason I love God the most is because He never leaves me (Hebrews 13:5)!

God never forsakes His own!God never disowns a wayward child.God never divorces His child (the bride of Christ)!God never quits on us!God never gives up on His own!!!

Actually there is one thing greater about God that I love and that is the TRUTH that God never changes! This Biblical doctrine is known is “immutability.”God is Immutable!  This simply means that God could not change if He wanted to.Perhaps this is a perplexing thought to you, but how can Perfection become more perfect? How can a Marvelous God Who is infinitely omnipotent become any more powerful? It is impossible!
God cannot change for He is the full embodiment of truth and justice.Yes, there are some things which God CANNOT do!God cannot become more Perfect.God cannot become more Holy.God cannot become more forgiving.

God could not be any more fair with humanity.God could not express His love any greater than to lay down His own life for all humanity (Romans 5:8).What a wonderful God!  What an awesome God!  Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!

Yes, the greatest thing about God to me is His immutability! It is due to the fact that God never changes that I can be rest assured that He will keep His promise to never leave me.
I know that God will never give up on me because He promised not to in Hebrews 13:5. Jesus is Almighty God! God says what He means and means what He says (John 14:2).God CANNOT lie!

“In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.” —Titus 1:2

It is reassuring that the Bible declares these divine attributes of God.  I’m glad that the God of the universe is a Good God, a Just God.  What if the God of this universe were an evil God?

Thank Jesus for His righteousness and for dying upon the cross for our many sins. Jesus Christ never changes!God the Father never has a second thought! The Holy Spirit never says “oops!”

People may change! People may abandon you! They may stab you in the back and hurt you!  But Jesus NEVER changes…God is immutable!
Are you a born-again Christian? If so, I rejoice with you.If not, then you are in dire circumstances for your soul’s well-being is in jeopardy. You may not believe upon Christ friend, but you will be the ultimate loser if you die in your sins (John 8:21).  Only those who die in the Lord will go to heaven (Revelation 14:13).  You need to be born of God.

If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.” —1st Corinthians 16:22

The word “anathema” means “cursed.”The word “Maranatha” means “the Lord is coming.”The Word of God is saying that if anyone does not want to get saved, then let him be cursed because the Lord is coming. You can try to warn people, but they ultimately must make the decision to accept or reject Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God. “A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.” —Titus 3:10-11
People may sometimes swear at us and curse God when we witness to them but they are the one who will be the losers when they die without Christ in their sins.  I say that kindly. Did you know that no one goes to Hell by mistake?  It’s true!  No one accidentally goes to Hell; people decide to go there by rejecting the Son of God, Jesus.

If Jesus is not your Savior, then your sins have not been forgiven yet and you are still under the condemnation of God’s holy Law.  If you die in your unrepentant state, you WILL go straight to Hell when you die, to pay for your own sins (Revelation 20:11-15).

“But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.” —Titus 3:9

Let’s just present the gospel and pray for the Holy Spirit to work in hearts.Romans 1:16 teaches that it is the gospel that is the saving power of God unto salvation; not one’s eloquent speech nor cunning words of wisdom. If they won’t obey the simple gospel, then nothing is going to change their wicked mind (Luke 16:31).
”If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.” —1st Corinthians 16:22

All we can do is witness to lost sinners with the saving power of the gospel of Christ Jesus.  Only God can save a soul.  We go soulwinning to LEAD people to Jesus Christ, but we can only bring them to the Master.  As the saying goes… “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink it.”

We can bring people to the throne of grace, but we can’t save them.  Each individual must deal directly with God in their heart.  If a person wants to hear and obey the gospel, amen!  If a person does not, then the Bible says let them be ANATHEMA MARANATHA!  Let them be cursed for the Lord is coming.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

Romans 1:20, “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world areclearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.”

What a powerful, precious and enlightening Bible verse! According to Romans 1:20, no human being will have any valid excuse on Judgment Day if they die in their sins without Christ and end up in the Lake of Fire forever and ever.

We hear much talk these days on television, from the internet, during conversations, found in books and everywhere we go in society about the uncertainties of the afterlife. Is there an afterlife? What happens at death and beyond? I hear much skepticism from people.
Romans 1:20 plainly teaches that it is possible to see “INVISIBLE THINGS.” That is an amazing truth! The Bible says that the INVISIBLE THINGS of God are “clearly seen” by the things which are made, even His eternal power and Godhead.

Psalm 19:1-3 sheds some light on the meaning of Romans 1:20… Psalm 19:1-3, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.”

Scripturally, all the evidence required to prove the existence of God and His omnipotent power is right in front of our eyes as we behold nature—the majestic mountains, the might of a hurricane, the charge of a lightning bolt, the vastness of the universe, the beauty of a flower, the brilliance of science, the mystery of time, the incredible human body, the abundance of so many wonderful fruits and vegetables, the miracle of life, the gift of forgiveness, the love of God.
You’d be surprised how many people do believe in the ability to communicate with their dead loved ones.Movies like THE SIXTH SENSE and HEREAFTER have led many people to believe in psychics. Of course, such communication is IMPOSSIBLE.

The cursed Catholic Church has been lying to people for centuries, convincing them that they can pray and pay for their dead loved ones to escape purgatory in eternity. Biblically there is no such place as purgatory!Once a person dies, their eternal destination is sealed eternally.
There are no SECOND CHANCES after genuine death.Thousands of people have been pronounced clinically dead and then revived, even days later, with bizarre and strange stories to tell. These are called Near Death Experiences (NDE’s). Is there any truth to these stories? Since we do not know, we should NOT place any weight upon them.

It is dangerous to place any importance upon what those who have had NDE’s have to say, because it is their word against that of the living and the Word of God. Jesus told us to search the Scriptures in John 5:39. Jesus didn’t tell us to ask information from those who claim to have died and come back.

The heathen world today doesn’t want to believe the Bible.Instead they spend money to buy all sorts of bizarre books written by men and women who’ve had religious or spiritual experiences. Satan’s followers own and control the television networks.
You either believe that the Bible is God’s inspired (God breathed) Words or you don’t. I believe that the King James Bible is God’s Word. All that matters in life is what the Bible teaches. God only holds us accountable for how we respond to His Words, that is, what we do with the Bible. I don’t care what somebody who claims to have died, allegedly seen, and then comes back to sell a book to tell us about.

I know that Hell has real fire.I know that Heaven is a literal place and has a street of gold and 12 gates of pearl. I know that Jesus is bodily in Heaven. I know that Hell is a literal place of torment. I don’t need to hear it from someone who claims to have seen white lights, darkness, or green monsters with fangs.Personally, I don’t place any weight upon anything such people have to say, and I don’t believe any of it.
Most of the stories are far from anything the Bible teaches.I think many of those people do experience something, but so do I when I go to sleep on a full stomach… nightmares and dreams alike! Many people have seen strange things while high on drugs. The point being is this, obey the Bible and forget what people have to say. God has a perfect batting-average!

There are umpteen websites devoted to these sort of stories, and no doubt many of those people are sincere in what they’ve experienced; but regardless, the Bible does not direct us to take advice from people who’ve allegedly come back from the dead (clinically revived).I believe that many people are pronounced dead and then moments or days later are revived, simply because it wasn’t God’s appointed time for them to die (Hebrews 9:27).

There are people who’ve jumped from tall buildings to kill themselves and survived the fall to tell about it, while others drop dead from the smell of lobster from an allergic reaction. When it’s our time to go, that’s it.No one can keep you alive when God says it’s time; and no one can kill you until God says it’s time.
God determines who, how, where and when death comes. It may be within God’s permissive will that a drunk driver pulls into your lane and kills you or a loved one; but nothing can happen without God’s approval. This is why many people get angry and bitter against God; but we ought to trust God IN ALL THINGS, for he knows best as our heavenly Father.

You’ll DIE IN YOUR SINS or Else DIE IN THE LORD When you die, it’s Heaven or Hell. You either DIE IN YOUR SINS without Jesus Christ (John 8:24); or else you DIE IN THE LORD, having trusted Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God to forgive your sins (Revelation 14:13).Acts 4:10-12 teaches that there is NO SALVATION in any other name than the precious name of Jesus.
Christ Himself bore witness to the truth that only through Him can any person come to the Father (John 14:6).Romans 1:20 speaks volumes…Romans 1:20, “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.”

Despite all the cynicism, criticism, humanism, skepticism and unbelief in the world today, the Bible is clear in Romans 1:20 that THEY ARE WITHOUT EXCUSE!!! if you want to see all the invisible things of God, just open your eyes to the truth.

No honest scientist can research the awesomeness of creation and not believe in a divine Creator. No honest astronomer can study the night sky, or view the hundreds-of-millions of galaxies through the amazing Hubble Space Telescope, and not believe in a divine Creator Who is all-powerful (omnipotent).

No honest doctor can study the human body in medical school and fail to glorify the God Who formed man into existence with His own loving hands from the dust of the earth. No honest architect can design a grand structure and not recognize the grand design of God in our incredible earth and universe.

Only a sin-loving wicked person with an ungrateful heart of unbelief would dare deny God’s existence, or challenge the goodness of God almighty. God is a good God, omnipotent, and His greatness is UNSEARCHABLE!!!
Psalm 145:3, “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.” One of the most amazing Scriptures in the Bible is Luke 6:35…

Luke 6:35, “But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.” If men had authored the Bible instead of God, then verses like Luke 6:35 wouldn’t have been written.

The Bible says God is kind to the unthankful and to the evil. That is so contrary to our sinful human nature. Many people are malicious and vindictive; but God is patient, longsuffering and tolerates much mistreatment.

I am amazed that God continues to tolerate the wickedness in America; but if you understand that Hell is forever, it isn’t so hard to understand.God, Who is long-suffering and lovingly patient, will be justified in eternity when the wicked are brought into judgment.God’s patience will run out the day a person die in their sins.

God’s invitation to repent (2nd Peter 3:9), and His kindness toward unthankful and evil people, will end with one’s last heart beat if they have not Christ. Being born-again is not optional (John 3:5-7; 1st Peter 1:23).
Salvation is a serious matter to God, and He will cast unbelievers into Hell forever to be punished in torments of fire and brimstone. Those who foolishly think that God will make an exception for others, letting Buddhists and Catholics and New Agers into Heaven, are taking an awful risk by going against the Scriptures.

Jesus plainly warned in John 10:35 that the Scripture cannot be broken. Anyone who attempts to enter into Heaven apart from the front door, which is only by faith in Christ Jesus, are thieves and robbers.

John 10:1 and 9, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. … I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.”

The invisible forces of God and Satan are all around us in society today. As I research the occult and their symbols, 666, death cults, the Illuminati and the wickedness of this world, it is clear to me that there are demonic forces at work… 2nd Corinthians 4:4, “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
The Bible speaks of the power of Satan verses the power of God in Acts 26:18. These forces are clearly seen at work in the world today… Acts 26:18, “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.”

It is Christ’s Spirit in me that has made this website (Romans 8:9).A born-again believer have the Holy Spirit to guide them into all truth (John 16:13). Notice that the Bible speaks of turning from Satan’s power unto God’s power.

No matter how difficult this life may be, no matter how much pain and sorrow, misery and affliction, suffering and tribulation, loss and heartache; we are all either following God’s power or Satan’s power. Are you God’s or Satan’s?
My website ministry is here by the power of God working in me.Just as Noah built an ark, so have I built a bastion of truth on the internet in these last days, in a time of utter and deliberate confusion in all the churches.

I challenge you, whoever you may be, to cling to the anchor of the inspired King James Bible (Hebrews 4:12).I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t believe that the King James Bible is inspired, lacking full confidence in our weapon to fight the Devil (Ephesians 6:12,17).

My King James Bible is inspired (and so is yours), sharper than any double-edged Sword, piercing even between our soul and spirit, discerning our thoughts and intents (Hebrews 4:12).That’s unfathomable power my friend, true power! You can keep your plastic knife that’s not inspired, like the New International Version (NIV) which was revised by homosexuals.I don’t want your corrupt modern Bible PER-version.
The King James is not a version, it’s the Bible! God doesn’t inspire a version; His Words are inspired and always will be!!! The King James Bible is the inspired Word(s) of God!!! Love them! Live them! Memorize them and hide them in thine heart!

Religion will fit you with glasses to see things from their perspective, leading you astray with doctrines of devils and modern sinful agendas; but the Lord desires to open our eyes with THE TRUTH!!! God’s Word is truth (John 17:17).

Jesus Christ is truth (John 14:6). The truth will set us free (John 8:32-36). John 8:36-37, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you” …   John 8:37, “…ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.”
Ten people can read the Bible and half will believe, the other half won’t.They read the same truths, but only some of them believe. Why? It’s a matter of the heart my friend, for it is WITH THE HEART MAN BELIEVETH UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS(Romans 10:10). If you want the truth, Romans 1:20 proclaims that the INVISIBLE THINGS OF HIM are clearly seen, being understood by the things which are made. What more could we ask from God.

All the evidence we need is already ours to behold. The big question is… Do you want the truth? To those who believe, no explanation is necessary; to those who believe not, no explanation is possible.Think about that for awhile my friend.
God loves you.

Religion is man’s teachings; whereas the gospel is God’s plan of salvation.  Religion places heavy burdens to be borne upon men’s shoulders.  “Do this, do that…then hope for the best.” This is exactly how the Islamic Muslim religion works. They have many strict religious practices, like the washing of hands and praying five times a day in sync with the cycles of the moon and sun.Truthfully, you don’t have to do any of that to be saved. They believe they MUST face Mecca Saudi Arabia when they pray.It is a religion of bondage, no wonder they all look so miserable.

The Jehovah Witnesses religion believe that Michael the archangel became Jesus.  How silly!  They deny the bodily resurrection of Christ and the bodily return of Christ.  They deny the deity of Christ (that He is Almighty God). They teach that you MUST join their visible organization and be baptized to be saved. They deny the Godhead.

Mormon religion believe that God had a physical relationship with Mary. They also believe that you must be baptized to go to heaven.Mormons deny Christ’s deity as well.Burdens heavy to be borne.

The New Age religion has infiltrated many people in the United States. This would include all your yoga, tarot cards, horoscopes, palm readings, crystal balls, etc.

The Roman Catholic religion is the biggest cult on the face of this earth. It is purely evil and anti-God.Catholics believe that they can go to heaven by being baptized into the Catholic church. They believe that a person MUST keep the Seven Sacraments to be saved.  It is a “works” religion.Mary worship is pure idolatry.

Seventh Day Adventists are a cult as well. They believe that faith in Christ is not enough to be saved. They attach works to faith. They also attach the keeping of the Sabbath to faith.  They believe that Christ in His work of “investigative judgment” will decide whether or not we are “worthy” to enter heaven. That’s easy friend, NO ONE is worthy of heaven. We all deserve to burn in hell.

The Eastern Shintoism and Buddhism are of the devil. They do not recognize Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world.

THESE ARE ALL RELIGIONS, but they are not the gospel (the good news).

What is the good news (the gospel)? The good news is that Jesus paid for your sins and mine upon the cross. There is NO religion which can save you.The Pope cannot save you.Allah is a fraud, a mythical superstition.Jesus Christ is God Almighty, the Creator, and our Saviour.Which religion is the right one?  That’s easy, NONE of them!  Salvation is NOT found in a religion, but in a person…The Lord Jesus Christ!!!Simply admit to Jesus that you are a sinner, then ask Jesus to forgive you and take you to heaven when you die.  It’s that simple friend.
You are a sinner; Jesus is the Saviour.

Salvation is NOT found in a religion or good works, but in a Person… The LORD JESUS CHRIST!
·         John 11:25, “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”
·         John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
·         John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
·         Mark 1:15, “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
·         Acts 26:18, “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.”
·         Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
·         1st Corinthians 3:11, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
·         Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

Do you admit that you are a GUILTY sinner, under the condemnation of God’s LAW, deserving of Hellfire?

Do you believe that Jesus is the Son of God (God in the flesh) who died upon the cross, sacrificing His precious blood to pay for your sins?If you’d like to be saved, simply come in your heart as a guilty sinner and BELIEVE upon the Lord Jesus Christ.

Perhaps you’d feel comfortable praying a sinner’s prayer as did the publican in Luke 18:13… “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto Heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
Dear Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner, deserving of Hell. Please forgive me of my sins and take me to Heaven when I die.I now believe upon You alone, apart from all self-righteous works and religion, as my personal Savior.Thank you. Amen.

Just as you were born physically to your parents, so you were born spiritually into the Family of God when you received Jesus! Please understand that we are not saved because we pray a prayer; but because we believe upon the Lord Jesus Christ. It is certainly appropriate to ask the Lord in prayer to forgive and save us; but it is our faith which prompts us to pray. You could just as easily believe in your heart upon the Lord to be saved, and not pray at all. Salvation is of the heart, as we read in Romans 10:10, “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness…”
You do NOT have to be water baptized nor doing anything to get to Heaven other than trust upon the Lord as your Savior. Romans 4:5 proclaims… “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on Him(Jesus) that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.”What a wonderful truth! Our faith is COUNTED for righteousness! There is NO self-righteousness involved in salvation. It is the gift of God.

You see, we have no righteousness of our own to offer God. No amount of good can undo the bad we’ve done. Thus, Jesus paid a debt that He did not owe, because we owed a debt that we could not pay.Salvation is receiving, not giving.Jesus is precious!
Unbelief is the only sin which can keep you out of Heaven.

Just take God at His word and claim His salvation by faith.Believe, and you will be saved. No church, no lodge, no good works can save you. Remember, God does the saving. All of it!

God’s simple plan of salvation is:You are a sinner. Therefore, unless you believe on Jesus Who died in your place, you will spend eternity in Hell.If you believe on Him as your crucified, buried, and risen Saviour, you receive forgiveness for all of your sins and His gift of eternal salvation by faith.

You say, “Surely, it cannot be that simple!” Yes, that simple. It is scriptural; it is God’s plan. My friend, believe on Jesus and receive Him as Savior today. If you’ve never been saved, then now is the time to believe upon the name of Jesus, the Christ, that your sins will be blotted out forever and you can know that your name is written in Heaven.

Christ died for your sins. You are a sinner by nature and by choice.Jesus took your sins and charged them to His own record. He went to the cross and paid the penalty for your sins. He says if you’re willing to receive Him in faith; He will transfer His payment to your debt, and His righteousness to your sins.He will impute to you His goodness, and impute to His own record your sin; if you in faith will trust Him as your Saviour.
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE” (2nd Peter 3:9).

God wants ALL people to repent; that is, change their mind.Repentance is a change of mind.  Most people try to rationalize and justify their sins.Romans 3:19 states… “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become GUILTY before God.”
We are all guilty sinners, under the condemnation of God’s Law, justly deserving of Hellfire. Thanks be to God the Father, He sent His only begotten Son into the world to pay for our sins by His own LITERAL blood (Hebrews 9:12).

To be saved, one must turn in faith to Christ alone, believing on Him for the forgiveness of sins.Acts 20:21 speaks of “repentance TOWARD GOD.” The Word of God NEVER teaches repentance FROM sin to be saved; BUT, rather, repentance TOWARD GOD.

Repentance is a change of mind concerning sin and the Savior.  Childlike faith is all that is required for salvation. If a person knows they are a guilty sinner, bound for Hellfire, and turns in faith to Jesus Christ to forgive their sins and save them–that person has repented.

You can put all the faith in Christ you want, it means nothing if you’re in denial about your sins… “If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us” (1st John 1:10).The entire matter of salvation deals with OUR SINS. Thus, repentance is when we come to the realization that we have sinned AGAINST GOD.

Joseph realized that if he did commit adultery, he would be sinning AGAINST GOD!  In Luke 15:21, the repentant prodigal son said… “Father, I have sinned AGAINST HEAVEN, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son.“
Notice what king David said in Psalm 41:4… “LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned AGAINST THEE.“  Notice what the Apostle Paul taught in Acts 20:21… “Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, REPENTANCE TOWARD GOD, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.“You see, lost sinners need to repent TOWARDS GOD.

Carefully notice in Mark 1:15 what Jesus said…“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.“Notice that Jesus DIDN’T say “repent ye, and forsake your sins.”No, rather, He said, “repent ye, and believe the gospel.”

Tragically, few people today have genuinely repented. Many people today falsely claim to be “Christian,” but they are not. They have never repented concerning their sins.  Please note that I said “concerning their sins,” and not “from their sins.”There is a big difference.Salvation involves BOTH the sin-question and the Son-question:
  1. THE SIN QUESTION.If a person does not see their need, then why would he or she need a Savior?  To be saved, the sin-question must be dealt with.  We are all sinners (Romans 3:23), guilty before God (Romans 3:19), and justly deserving of eternal punishment (Romans 6:23).  1st John 1:10 states that we are calling God a LIAR if we deny that we have sinned.  Many people today falsely think they are going to Heaven because they “committed their life to Christ,” or “made a decision for Christ.”
Too many preachers today explain the CURE without the GUILT of sin.We don’t hear much today about the GUILT of sin. What we do hear a lot about is the CURE.  Televangelists utterly fail to preach against America’s sins. All we hear is how someone was on the brink of bankruptcy, but then sent in their last $20 to The 700 Club, and now their life is a bed of roses.

2nd Peter 2:3 describes these greedy imposters in exact Words… “And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.“
  1. THE SON QUESTION.It is not enough to merely decide to turn over a new leaf to be saved.  One cannot admit his or her sinful condition, and then attempt to reform the sinful flesh, expecting to be saved.  Only Jesus has the nail-scared hands and feet, and we can only be saved through Christ.Roman Catholics readily admit their sinfulness, but foolishly trust the Catholic Church to save them, instead of relying on Jesus Christ alone as the Word of God teaches (John 14:6).  There can be NO salvation apart from the name of JESUS (Acts 4:10-12).
Thus, repentance is a change of mind, i.e. turning by faith to Jesus Christ for forgiveness, because of the acknowledgment of one’s sinful condition.  It’s that simple.

It is the blood of Jesus that washes our sins away; not water baptism, not church membership, not turning over a new leaf, not surrendering one’s life to God, not forsaking one’s sins, etc.We are sinners, and Jesus is the Saviour! To go to Heaven, our sins must be washed away by Jesus’ blood, and all we have to do is BELIEVE upon the Lord as our Savior.

Life is short. All that will matter 100 years from now is whether you died in the Lord (Revelation 14:13), or in your sins (John 8:24).Hopefully, you’ll die in the Lord.  2nd Corinthians 6:2 states, “…behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.“ Only a fool would postpone getting saved.

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. The road to life is plain and simple.  The road to Hell exalts religion; but the road to Heaven exalts Jesus.  There are two types of religions in the world: DO and DONE.Either you believe that you must DO something to get into Heaven OR you are simply resting upon Jesus Christ and His precious blood.

2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9 WARNS… “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction…“ This is a serious matter friend. Faith Alone in Jesus Christ saves forever.
